Provision made for Laying of cubical supporting scaffolding using available departmental materials with 5 vertical layers, horizontal and lateral braces underneath the chajja portion to provide enough safety propping during attending the work etc all complete for movement of men and materials with department scaffolding materials including all labour charges and taxes etc. all complete

Provision made for procurement of sand stone block of similar texture of the temple, obtained from approved quarry including cutting as per required size of stone block of monument matching colour and texture of size 2.80 x1.80 and with required thickness for making into existing shape of chajja stones based on site condition including all applicable taxes and charges

Provision for Carving the raw stone into required size of Chajja stone into Kapotha shape (curvature length = 2.50 mts, and thickness of stone at top = 0.50 mts, thickness at the End =0.20 Mts approximately) exactly matching with the existing Chajja using necessary skilled work force like Stapathy, Moplas and fixing the carved new stone into the gaps of Chajja using crane , stapathy mason and skilled work force etc. all complete including applicable taxes and charges (work will be taken up under the supervision of ASI departmental modular) (Length is curved periphery length of Kapotha Stone. Width is Width of Joint. All stones having height of approximately 1.80 mts. (For estimate purpose the Kapotha chajja shape is considered as parabolic. Height of Parabola is 1.80 Mts. Curved length on top is 2.50 Mts. Width mentioned for each joint separately)

Pointing the joints between chajja stones with Lime Mortar 1:2 to avoid Water penetrating including cost of materials and labor charges etc. all complete item of work.

Coping on both sides of parapet wall with brick jelly lime concrete using well burnt kankar lime, brick surkhi and 20 mm nominal size brick aggregates in 1:2:4 proportion by adding necessary binders like boiled gallnut and joggery including laying the concrete to required slopes , ramming using wooden beaters upto required hardness and set , finishing the surface with lime plastering in double coating with LM 1:4, 20 mm thick including all charges of scaffolding, men, materials, taxes and all other charges required to complete the item of work as per the instruction given by the site in charge.

Removal of damaged and porous top layer of existing Lime concrete over the roof causing percolation of rain water including manual disposal from roof top of Kateswara Temple and Pakasala to main gate and from there to away from the city (20 KM ) using tractors etc. all complete item of work
