| 1 | M&L for repair/rectification of unserviceable security lights, street lights, flood lights or any kind of lights located any where in OP, RP, NP, Dilbagh, Offr Area, tech area and OBD area upto 20 metre height, complete all as specified and directed.Note: (i) The work is to be carried out upto 20 metre height by crane/Trolly mounted ladder, therefore the crane (including operator & fuel)must be capable of reaching required height as directed by Engr-in-charge including deployment of minimum one Elect and minimum one helper to carryout repair/ rectification of all kinds of lights. However Manpower shall be increased as per requirement of work and rates shall deemed to be included in quoted rates for electrician,helper, crane or any other accessories required for ensuring serviceability of lights.(ii)Minor repairs of lights like taping /proper insulation of connection, rejointing of broken wire, making good of connection or any other minor repair required to make the lights serviceable will be deemed to be included in quoted rates.(iii) Lights if any are non-functional at site to be deposited back to MES & new lights or repaired lights will be installed at site. New lights will be measured and paid under relevant item of schedule/BOQ as \"Supply only\".(iv)The unserviciable lights shall be deposited to MES store yard and repaired by the contractor at MES store yard, relevant spare parts such as surge protector, electronic driver, thimbles required for repair will be measure and paid under relevant itemsas \"supply only\". (v) Contractor shall deploy a supervisor to collect the complaints/list of unserviceable lights at 9:00 hrs at the office of Engr-in-Charge on all working days and enter the same in a register with time & date of receipt of complaints/list of unserviceable lights and deposit the concerned JE E/M at 1700 hrs on same day with time & date ofrectification of lights in all working days |
| 2 | (vi) In case of non rectification and replacement of defective lights within 72 hours of receipts of compliants, the contractor will be penalized @ Rs 500.00 per day for each light. (vii) The manpower employed by the contractor will also be liable for cleaning the area of any vegitation around every street light pole for a radius upto 1 meter (including removal of creepers from the pole) without any extra cost to Govt. (viii) The contractor shall provide insurance of all the workers before engaging them on work and same shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.(ix) . The quoted rates are deemed to be included for the above all provisions and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.(x)Defects caused due to faulty cable shall be paid seperately under relevant items of this Sch \"A\"/BOQ. |

The junction box shall have an option for cable entry at the bottom/sides of box for Cable Size upto 35 Sq mm including all fitting such as MS clamp, Nut, Bolt, Washer etc. arrangement to pole mounting required at site, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | S&F in repairs Bracket made out of 40 mm dia galvanized steel tubing medium grade 1.5 m long including bending if required, 02 nos clamps made out of MS flat iron 40X6mm of suitable size fixed with bolts, nuts and washer including drilling holes and grouting with the same for fixing bolts, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of nuts and bolts shall deemed to included in quoted rates. |

Note :- (i)Factory test of the cable shall be carried out in presence of the rep of accepting officer as detailed by Accepting Officer and contractor is required to submit purchase vouchers, e-way bill and test certificates while claiming payment of LT cables. The contractor will arrange the testing at factory premises and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. |

| 29 | Dismantling / Taking down unserviceable Flood light fittings fitted on High mast pole any type any make at various locationsat AF Stn Halwara. Opening / taking out unserviceable spare parts such as LED driver and LED surge protector etc.Complete servicing of High mast with oiling and greaseing of SWR and chain pully and all other moving parts /assembly. Checking serviceability of motor fitted inside High mast, SWR, 3 phase supply to the motor and light fittings on High mast pole from the nearest LT panel / Timer panel, if found unserviceable, repair / replacement of the same will also be deemed to be included in quoated rates.All spare parts like LED light fittings, SWR, rewinding of motor, LED driver, LED surge protector, LT cable, pully and grease will be measured and paid under relevant items as \"Supply only\" complete all as specified and directed.Note : 1.The cost of spares shall be paid as \"supply only\".Winding of motor shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ/Schedule. 2.Cost of flexible wire of size 23/.0076 for connceting the light to conductor and PVC tape to taping the joint properly shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 3.Vehicle mounted Hydraulic type ladders / Cranes shall be used and will be provided by contractor for dismantling / refixing of light fittings on pole and cost for the same is deemed to be included in quoted rates. |
| 30 | Taking out of burnt winding from the unserviceable motor fixing inside of high mast of any capacity, cleaning all the limbs and rewinding with supper enamelled copper wire of same weight, gauge etc of motor winding with suitable gauge by calculating number of turns as per voltage of alternator, varnishing and drying by vaccum impregnating, replacing insulating material, nuts, bolt etc including testing as per latest IS / BS specification to make it functional,compete all as specified and as directed. |
