LAYING OF CRATE WIRE STRUCTURES, DRSM CHECK DAMS Bag Embankments & Crib Wallas AT NAROOPORA (CO.61V), Anantnag - 1 Crate Work:Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: in all kinds of soil 1m from cutting edge 1x16’-0”x5’-0”x [6”+ 1’-0”] = 60cft or 1.70cum x 15=25.5 cum2 2 Hand-packing stones in wire-crates; excluding cost of crates and stones including breaking of stones in desirable sizes of 100x100mm upto 600x600 mm including fixing of bond stones 3 Carriage of stones average lead of100m local extraction in hilly areas ( where stones are available ) by head load 4 Supply of crate wire mesh (4”x4”) including carriage up to site of work 5 DRSM CHECK DAMS:construction of DRSM check dam with fashioning of stones to be used along the exposed faces with bond stones including earth work in excavation in all kinds of soils / ordinary rock/ hard rock (as per site ) in trench with an average minimum depth of 6” throughout the length of foundation including all necessary lead and lifts , excluding cost of stones& bond stones ,itscarriage up to site of work, labour component ,supervision etc, complete job. 6 Bag embankments:Supply of empty cement bags 7 Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth upto a lead of 100m by manual means including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc.complete 8 Carriage of empty cement bags average 30 km by MT & 500m HL 9 Crib Walls:Providing live willow/posts of 10’-0’ long and average mid girth of 12” to 16” straight free from roots and disease 10 Providing live willow/posts of 8’-0’ long and average mid girth of 9” to 10” straight free from roots and disease 11 Providing empty cement bags free from defects 12 Providing of steel iron clips made of iron sheets of 24 guage of 18” length & 1’-6” width 13 Providing 4” steel nails 14 Providing 1-1/2” steel nails 15 Carriage including head load of all materials including construction of crib by fixing of posts vertically in 2’-0” deep pits of size 2’-0’x1’-6”x1’6” 6 nos for each structure & 8’-0” long posts horizontally in pits 3 nos with earth filled nylon bags in between in layers as directed ramming with feet all operations ,placing of grass over top surface 16 Providing & laying of brush wood materials of live willow mawa on two sides procured locally
