    Tender For Road Patch Improvement Work By Hmp At Various Locations Under Zone-01 - E/W in Surface Excavation no exceeding 30 cm in depth but ecceeding 1.5 m width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to 50m and lift up to 1.5 m as directed by the engineer in charge; etc all comp. 2 construction of granular sub base (GSB) BY providing course graded material spreading in unifrom layer etc all comp. 3 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10using bitumen presure distributer @ 0.30 kg/sqm (VG-10) on the prepared bitumen/granular surface cleaned ith machainical broom.. 4 Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (DGBM) Providingand Laying dense Graded Bitumiminour macadam with 60-90 TΡΗ batch HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour crushed aggregates of specified grading permixed with bituminour binder@4.5percent by weight of total mixand filer transporting the hot mix plant to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth 5 Providing 25mm and laying bitumenous concrete(B.C) with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crused aggrigtes of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder(CRMB-55)@ 5.4% of mix, subject to job mix design. 6 Disposal of surplus soil from site to up to 3.00km taken item
