Providing & laying primer coat with MS (MSD) bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Ref. To Morth specificationNo.502)

Providing & laying dens grade bituminous with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved Quarry of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (VG-40) @ 4.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finished to the required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Morth specification No. 507) adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and E-in-C Latter No. 2651 date 27-07-12
