Tender For Road Construction Work By Bitumen Premixing (Dense) From Nadi Mandir Tiraha To Chanderi Road - Scraping old painted surface including disposal of all scraped material to a distance of 30 meters (100 ft.) as directed by Enginer-in-charge. 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 22.4 to 53 mm water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming , stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-3 as perTechnical specification Clause-405. 3 Providing & laying primer coat with MS (MSD) bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Ref. To Morth specificationNo.502) 4 Providing & laying dens grade bituminous with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved Quarry of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (VG-40) @ 4.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finished to the required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Morth specification No. 507) adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and E-in-C Latter No. 2651 date 27-07-12 5 Providing & layingtack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom(Ref. ToMorth specification No 503) 6 Providing & laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (CRMB.55) @ 5.20 percent of mix and fillor transporting the hotmix to work site laying with smooth wheeled vibratory and tander rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Morth specification No 509) Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula. 7 Providing & laying cateyos reflective pavement maker twin shanks of adequoato length anchored with opoxy/bitu ASA HIPS support a load 13.635 M.T. Lts reflective each surface shall not be less than 13 sqcm catagory A 8 Providing & laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms/sqmt area thickness of 2.5 mm inclusive of surface applied glass beads as per I.R.C.
