Tender For Annual Maintenance Of Ht Switchgears / Transformers And Allied Equipment At The New Market New Complex Sub-Station Under Kmc.- 1 Checking testing and cleaning by CRC/WD-40 for following without shutdown :- A)Through cleaning of the HT room floor wall panel etc, B) cleaning of the trip circuit indication power pack, manual indication C) Checking of the transformer over heating oil leaking oil level etc monthly basisRate Analysis: 7 X 15000 = 105000 / 12 = 8750/- permonth(Rate obtained from lowest quotation out of three) 2 Dehydration and filtration of power transformer oil (3210 ltrs) for the aforesaid transformers and OCBs and topping up to the requisite level fresh transformer oil enforcement of Di-electric strength of transformer oil, IR value up to the voltage of 40kV DC for one minute as per relevant code of practice and satisfaction of EIC yearly basis.(Rate obtained from lowest quotation out of three) 3 Taking out of oil and carrying out chemical test of oil in respect of its Acidity test through reputed test house and submission of test result, Yearly basis.Rate obtained from lowest quotation out of three) 4 Supply and refilling (Top up) of fresh and tested transformer oil of Power Brancd Rate obtained from lowest quotation out of three) 5 Ratio rest & high pressure test (9kv DC) of the transformer including checking IR value ratio ma balance magnetic current pl value otr buchholz & prv testing in presence of EICRate obtained from lowest quotation out of three) 6 Complete dismantling of all the mechanical parts of the HT & LT OSB Switchgear after removing the servicaable position in side the room. After dismantling of all components cleaning blowing servicing checking contact resistance IR value on / off speing charge mechanism mechanical & electrical inter lock and servicing to remove carbone particles and after overhauling to re-fixed as per existing was yearly basis(Rate obtained from lowest quotation out of three) 7 Calibration servicing different type of protective relays and testing of over current earth fault short circuit trip circuit supervision master trip auxiliary relay etc like motpro type CDG-31 VAA AVGM VAJ VAG yearly basis.(Rate obtained from lowest quotation out of three) 8 Checking testing of power pack including necessary rectification input & output voltage etc yearly basis.(Rate obtained from lowest quotation out of three) 9 Supply and fixing of compact conservator tank with silica gel including oil level glass etc. as required, yearly basis.(Rate obtained from lowest quotation out of three) 10 Taking out the PT (33kv/110V) (11kv/110V) (3.3kv/110v) (6kv/110V) HT vcb panel and throrough cleaning waswhing the interior portion with carbon tetachloride after taking out the from PT housing and re fitting the same after attaining the desired IR value and re fitting re fixing the PT complete and commisining as per direction of EIC yearly basis. 11 (Rate obtained from lowest quotation out of three) 12 Supply and fixing of control switch of 25A DP 415 V of ON/OFF type Simens/ABB/L&T/Schneider make(Rate obtained from lowest quotation out of three) 13 Sub Total 14 CGST 9% 15 SGST 9% 16 CESS 1%
