Bose Road Kolkata 700092 Repair Including Roof Treatment.- 1 Dismantling all types of plain cement concreteworks, stacking serviceable materials at site andremoving rubbish as directed within a lead of 75m.In 3rd floor 2 In 4th floor 3 (a) Applying 2 coats of bonding agent with synthetic multi functional rubber emulsion having adhesive and water proofing properties by mixing with water in proportion (1 bonding agent : 4 water : 6 cement) as per Manufacturers specification [Cement to be supplied by the Department] In 3rd & 4th Floor 4 Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6)(b) In superstructure, ground floorIn forth floor 5 Cutting chase upto 125 x 150 mm. and subsequentmending of damages.(a) in brick wall [Cement-3.6 Kg/Mtr]In parapet wall 6 Supplying,fitting & fixing of 2-Track / 3-Track Aluminium slidingWindow of all Aluminium sections viz. window frame (top,bottom & side frame), shutter (top, bottom, side & interlock member) made of aluminium alloy extrusions conforming to IS 733-1983 & IS 1285-1975, annodised conforming to IS 1868-1983, fitted with all other accessories viz. (Cement 0.63Kg/Mtr. )In 3rd & 4th Floor 9 Roof treatment by application of non toxic polyurethane modified acrylic based single component ( P U Roof Coat) solvent free cold applied polyurethane modified elastomeric waterproofing membrance with execellant UV resistant capasity as per ASTM D6083 water based 100% acrylic elastomeric emulsion polymer latex coaating..... used as protective coating for roofs after preparing the surface by cleaning and repairing the roof cracks by cement & sand mortar (to be paid separately) if any, apply two coats along with a priming coat (two coats of PU roof coat and one coat of primer coat compatiable with main product as per manufactures specification ) and reinforced with or without 20 gsm Geotextile Fleece including cost of primer coat and basepreparation tools & plants but excluding the cost of scaffolding and stagging complete 10 Stripping off worn out plaster and raking outjoints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within alead of 75m as directed. In 1st floor 18 In 2nd floor 19 Supplying and laying true to line and level vitrified tiles of approved brand (size not less than 600 mm X 600 mm X 10 mm thick) in floor, skirting etc. set in 20 mm sand cement mortar (1:4) and 2 mm thick cement slurry back side of tilesusing cement @ 2.91Kg./sqM or using polymerised adhesive (6 mm thick layer applied directly over finished artificial stone floor/Mosaic etc without any backing course) laid afterapplication slurry using 1.75 Kg of cement per sqM below mortar only, joints grouted with admixture of white cement and colouring pigment to match with colour of tiles / epoxy grout materials of approved make as directed and removal of wax coating of top surface of tiles with warm water and polishing the tiles using soft and dry cloth upto mirror finish complete including the cost of materials, labour and all other incidental charges complete true to the manufacturersspecification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (White cement, synthetic adhesive and grout material to be supplied by the contrr]e)I(I) With application slurry @1.75 kg/ Sq.m, 20 mm sand cement mortar (1:4) & 2 mm thick cement slurry at back side of tiles, 0.2 kg/ Sq.m white cement for joint filling with pigment.(A) Deep Colour & WhiteIn 1stfloor 20 In 2nd floor 21 Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A- Type and fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materails (Spun Yarn, Valamoid/Bitumen/M-Seal etc) complete.A) UPVC Pipes:(ii) 110 mm.
