Painting the walls with two using weather proof exterior emulation including one coat of primer with good quality of approved cement paint including preparation of surface ,cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications

Painting two cost over new iron works such as steel doors,window, ventilators, window bar, balustrades etc., with best approved first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colout over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive of all materials, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification(paint should be got approved by the Departmental Engineer befor use on work.
