    Tender For Patch Work By Hotmix Plant From Geeta Nagar Kasing To Hari Girls Hostel Under Zone 06 Ward 30/52. - providing Laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet mix macadam(W.M.M) specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site. laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desire density as per MORT & H-40 2 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm (VG-10) on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specifications MORT&H clause 503 3 P/L of bituminous Concrete (BC) with computrised HMP type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminour binder (CRMB-55) @5.4 per cent of mix and filler trasporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment folling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in respects.
