| 1 | Supply of 30.5M Flag mast. The mast shall be fabricated from special steel plates, conforming to S 355 grade as per BS-EN10-025, cut and folded to form a polygonal section welded. The welding is in accordance with BS 5135. At site the section shall be joined together by slip-stressed-fit method. No side welding or bolted joint shall be done on the mast. The minimum overlap distance shall be 1.5 times the diameter at penetration. The mast shall be provided with fully penetrated flange, which is free from any lamination or incursion. For the environmental protection of the mast, the entire fabricated mast shall be hot dip galvanized, internally and externally as per BS EN ISO 1461. After Galvanization, mast should be PU painted with eaching primerand white PU paint. An adequate door opening shall be provided at the base of the mast and the opening is such that it permits clear access to equipment like winches, cables, plug and socket, etc. and also facilitates easy removal of the winch if required. The door opening shall be complete with a close fitting, vandal resistant, eatherproof door, provided with heavy-duty double internal lock with special paddle key. Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates.Supply of system for Raising Lowering of Flag. Mast should have four wire ropes with 4 pullies. For the installation and maintenance of the luminaries and lamps, it will be necessary to lower and raise the Lantern Carriage Assembly. To enable this, a suitable winch arrangement is provided, with the winch fixed at the base of the and the specially designed head frame assembly the top. The winch is of completely self-sustaining type, without the need for brakeshoe, springs or clutches. Each driving intensity aviation obstruction lamp with ‘A’ type system. Ledwatch 230 ‘A’ inbuilt photo switch. Design conforming to ‘ICAO’ annex 14. Aviation lamp included 300 nos superbright LEDS in red color. Input working voltage 230V AC (+/- 10 %) Light intensity of the lamp > 10 candela @ 360°. Power consumption should be < 09 watts. Number of circuits aresix in series / parallel.Average burning life of lamp should be 100000 hrs. PIV protection upto 1kv, IP rating should be IP-65 as per is-13947 ( part-1) 1993. Body material of the lamp should be pressure cast aluminum and dome should be in red color with transparent polycarbonate with endless neoprene gasket.All over finishing of the lamp is golden yellow powder coated with 60 micron thick. Connecting lids of lamp with connector upto 01 mtr For 3C x 2.5 Sqmm Cu armoured cable. Lamp should be mount 1/2\" x 6\" G.I. barrel nipple with washers & chucknuts. Erection of the Flag mast with the help of suitable and required equipments, and assembling all operating system. Assembly of all sections and installing it on the foundation.All electrical connections and installation of flag to the mast and giving successful trial. |
