[Duties & function of the plumber will be fixed up by the E.I.C, as and when required. Payment will be made as per daily attendance1 nos x 365 days = 365 nos 1nos.plumber for 12 month 3 Supplying mathor mistry for cleaning & washing latrinerooms furniture, doors and windows, pavements roads etc.inside the Bus Terminus and its Periphery for 8 hours duty / day / sweeper as daily maintenance.[Duty hours of the sweepers will be fixed as per instruction of the E.I.C,. payment will be made as per daily attendance]daily attendance 2 nos x 365 days = 730 nos.2 nos mathor mistry for 12 month 4 Supplying of mathor mazdoor for cleaning sweeping &dusting washing latrine room furniture, door and windowpavements and its periphery for show duty/day/sweepers daily maintenance(duty hours of the sweepers will be fixed as per instructing ofthe E.I.C.payment will be made as per daily attendance. 5 Maintenance of the existing land scaping area, all plants arerepresent Japan culture and plants are too sophisticated,therefore using special type fertilizer, manure, pesticide and engage trained farmer along with water body & paver block road cleaning of sand stone sculpture & statue and considering of necessary re-plantation of dead tree including digging holes mulching of surrounding of tree roots, application of inorganic/ organic manure, cow dung etc. required grass cutting by lawn mower machine one time in a month or as and when required and cleaning the landscaping area and maintenance of damage fencing ( if necessary) etc. including the cost and carriage of all materials man & machineries inclusive all taxes as per direction of EIC For 12 (twelve) month 6 Supplying materials for cleaning, sweeping & dusting doorcloser, door stopper floor spring including all carpentrymaterials and bib cock, angular stop cock pvc pipe extensionconnecting pipe , waste pipe etc. & necessary all materialsusing at toilet as per enclosed detailed requirement & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.[Payment will be made as per cash memo] 7 Supplying and plantation of trees and Supplying andplantation of trees and shrubs in good condition approved byEIC. Supply of trees minimum 5# to 6# height and shrubs supply minimumheight 3# to 4#.
