Repairs Of Sarie At Mantrigam- 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres:All kinds of soil 2 Providing and laying of stone soling/boulders (Hand Packed) including ramming, dressing and watering all carriage complete job. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand :8 stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).. 4 Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 course sand)upto floor v level 5 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 6 Centringandshutteringincludingstrutting,proppingetcandremovalofformwork for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms. 7 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level ;Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 8 Dry Random rubble stone masonry with hard stones / local stones Without bond stone. Excluding carriage 9 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1cement :6 fine sand) all carriage complete job 10 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate. 11 Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ).inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design Inside size 90x80 cm and 45 cm deep including cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal dimensions. With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 complete job. 12 Providing and fixing of RCC Man hole cover with frame of size 450mmx450mm of approved quality and make complete. 13 Carriage of Various materials from source to site by MTSand/aggregates for an avg. lead of 10 Kms by MT 14 Bricks for an avg. lead of 100-kms by MT 15 Stones for an avg. lead of 10 Kms by MT 16 Providing and fixing of 2 no 1000L water tank sintex brand 100 %virgin food grade plastic 3 layer design include fitting items of tank to inlet and outlet, labour for removal of existing cgi sheets over the roof truss to allow for the placement and installation of sintex water storage tank on the roof, once the tank is properly installed and secured the cgi sheets will be refix, insure proper alignment all complete job. 17 Providing and fixing P.V.C. pipe and pipe fittings of the following nominal dia to P.V.C. Soil/Waste/Ventilating pipes,PVC Door Tee 100mm dia of approved make type B 18 P/F PVC bend 100mm dia of approved make type B 19 P/F PVC Collar 100mm dia of approved make type B 20 P/F PVC bend 75mm dia of approved make type B 21 P/F PVC Collar 75mm dia of approved make type B 22 P/F PVC pipe 100mm dia of approved make Type B 23 P/F PVC pipe 75mm dia of approved make Type B 24 P/F PVC pipe 40 mm dia of approved make Type B 25 P/F PVC cowel over vent pipe of approved quality type B 26 P/F PVC Reducer 100x75 mm of approved quality type B 27 P/F Ms stays and clamps for PVC pipe. 28 Providing /fixing 3.5mm thick glass panes incl. beading nails and cost of carriage complete job. 29 Engagement of electrician for repairment of electrical equipments and procurementsof required items all complete job. 30 Taking out existing wooden window shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired window shutters to existing woddenframes, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 31 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer, minorrepairs ofexisting wall putty if required all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
