Repairs to septic tank by way of dismantling of existing Kota stones and concrete cover and removal of debris manually. The job includes replacement of damaged brickwork and p/f of fresh bricks using mortar (1:4). The job further includes decongestion of choked PVC soil pipes manually and using acid-based chemicals. The job further includes installation of concrete cover over the septic tank and reinstallation of kota stones to their original configuration and look. 2. Providing and fitting of powder coated aluminum window wind hooks alongwith all allied accessories like screws, nails etc. 3. Repairs to 1HP Centrifugal water pumps by way of replacement of copper winding of standard gauge, wires, connectors, junction boxes, copper winding etc. 4. Repairs to 2.5sqmm wires by way of replacement of fresh wire including clamps, screws etc. (Wire length=50m) 5. Repairs to 6A/16A sockets/switches by way of replacement of fresh switches/ sockets including clamps, screws etc. 6. Providing and fitting of 01 No set top box (jio fiber) alongwith compatible remote controller. 7. Providing and fitting of reputed make piston set for petrol operated bush cutter. The job includes providing and fitting of cutting disc and allied accessories. 8. Repairs and replacement of OEM make spares to 30L capacity IFB make microwave oven by way of replacement of microwave gun, compatible fuse and rotating base. 9. Repairs and replacement to existing 02 No double beds by way of providing and fitting of worn out 19mm ply wood flooring duly sawn to fit the existing dimensions. 10. Repairs and replacement to existing electric water heaters by way of replacement of reputed make compatible heating elements 2000W capacity. 11. Repairs and replacement of cisterns by way of providing and fitting of cistern kits for smooth operation. 12. Repairs and replacement to existing wooden wardrobes by way of providing and fitting of damaged brass handles, steel hinges, drawer channels and embedded locks. 13. Repairs to invertor fittings by way of replacement of damaged wires, battery thimbles, connectors, MCB’s and all other accessories. The job further includes repairs and replacement of main incomer line from energy meter to the internal distribution board 14. Providing and sowing of Fir ornamental trees each of height 36”. The job includes manuring, watering etc. 16. Repairs and replacement of existing 4-pole changeover by way of providing and fitting of new 200A/415V capacity powder coated manual changeover along with all allied fittings and works. 17. Providing and fitting of 10W (4No) ceiling mounted LED lighting fixtures alongwith 1.5sqmm wires, PVC trinking. Conduits etc. The job further includes providing and fitting of 6 No 6A switches along with box enclosures, 1 No Neon Lamp, 2 No. 6A sockets and 1 No 16A Socket. The job further includes p/f of 02 No 32A MCB’s and powder coated distribution board along with wires conduits, clamps etc 18. Providing, fabrication and fitting of 0.5mm thick powder coated 100mm width rain gutter for newly constructed chowkidar quarter along with MS clamps, bolts, screws etc. 19. Providing, fabrication and fitting of 4 No. Mild Steel 48” long snow stoppers (each 7.5 kgs) along with all allied fittings. 20. Printing and lamination of stock sign boards for sub div-II. The sign boards shall be printer on white A4 size 100GSM paper and laminated with polyethylene laminate. 21. Providing and laying of 10mm thick expanded polyethylene foam to floor of chowkidar quarter at Sanant Nagar and change room at Sub Div-II, duly fixed with synthetic resin. 22. Providing and fixing of 5mm thick excel carpet to floor of chowkidar quarter at Sanant Nagar and change room at Sub Div-II duly fixed with synthetic resin (over the foam) 23. Providing and fitting of 0.5mm thick fiber plastic plain roofing sheet of size 3’x10’ alongwith allied fittings at chowkidar quarter, Sanant Nagar, Srinagar.
