Tender For In Year 2025-26 In District Jalaun Maintenance Of Pantoon Bridge On Sindh River At Billaurd Ghat. - Different items for dismentaling& cartage at store. Dismentaling of chequered plate road and lifting of chequered plate lying in the alignment of road for loading into truck, including cost of cartage, loading, unloading T&P and duly stacked in store at Site. 2 Extraction of 10 mm dia wire ropefrom railing post and making roll. 3 Dismentaling and carrying railling post fixed in position including opening of 300 x 16 mm nut and bolt including, loading, unloading cartage and duly stacked at store at site. 4 Dismentaling and carrying sal edging in dacking over the bridge including cleaning the kapsa soil and kansa loading, unloading, carriage and duly stacked in Jalauni Mata Mandir Side. 5 Dismentaling and carrying sal sleeper in dacking over the bridge including cleaning the kapsa soil and kansa loading, unloading, carriage and duly stacked in Jalauni Mata Mandir Side. 6 Carrying the spliced RS joints 5.2 m long between two pantoon after dismentalling of pantoon pair including loading, unloading cartage and duly stacked in store at site. 7 Cartage of different materials after dismentalling such as nut & bolt wire rope PP rope etc. from Ferry area to store at site. 8 Local shifting of pantoon with in 500 m with the help of crain. 9 (B) Construction and Excution of work .Dragging the pantoon from dry bed on the river bank to river water pulling and rolling them in the water to bring in the proper positing and making pairs of two pantoons with girder and anchoring them in D/S of pantoons bridge including all labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I. 10 Carrying of pantoon pair from place of anchoring (D/S side of bridge) to the aligment of bridge in water and fixing the same with other pantoon pair and perfixing the same in bridge aligment. 11 Sinking of pantoons to certain the palce anchoring down stream side of bridge to the allignment of bridge in water & fixing the same with other pantoon pair & refixing the same in bridge allignment. 12 Supply of sand filed cement bags of good quality & good condition duly filled with local sand and property stiching with calcutta sutli for filling in anchor, banding etc. work including cost of all materilas labour carriage T&P etc. and placing as per direction of E/I. 13 Supply of wooden anchor (2.40x1.80x3.10) with 10 and 15 cm ukliptis balli. 14 Laying of wooden anchor in the river on the up stream / down stream side of the pantoon bridge side including their weaving and packed with and filled bags (ave 90 bags) properly before laying and fixing to pantoon with coir/sisal rope excluding cost. 15 Supply of 6 dia and 10 to 12 long ukeliptes balliincluding cost of material loading unloading, stacking and all other charges & taxes. For 150 mm dia @ 76.00 per RM Hence for 10 long = Rs. 228.00 16 Supply of culcutta sutali including cost of material loading unloading, stacking and all other charges & taxes. 17 Supply of Mallahi keel (15 cm to 30 cm long) including cost of material loading unloading, stacking and all other charges & taxes. 18 Supply of poly papline rope (ISI mark) including cost of material loading unloading, stacking and all other charges & taxes. 19 Supply of 30mm dia and 15-35cm long nut bolt including cost of material loading unloading, stacking and all other charges & taxes. 20 Supply of 13 and 16mm dia and 300 mm long Nut bolt including cost of material loading unloading, stacking and all other charges & taxes. 21 Supply of M.S. washer of 20-30mm size including cost of material loading unloading, stacking and all other charges & taxes. 22 Fixing of railling post including making hole with the help of drill machine over sleeper and sall edging before fixing the railing post with help of 30-16 mm. size bolt of 1.25 mtr. Center to center including completion of work. 23 Two Coat painting of ralling post including paint and labour etc. 24 Fixing of railing wire through hole of railing post due to vertical post and making wire stay of each rows and tighten of the stay clamps including making the hole in vertical ballies laobur only. 25 Making stay hole both side of pantoon bridge with the help of 20 mm wire rope Labour Rate Only. 26 Clamping of chequered plate. 27 Making barrier on both sides of bridge head as per direction of E/I. 28 carraige and laying of R.S. joist (5mtr. Long) loading unloading cost of carriage from central store and placing on side as per direction of E/I. 29 Carriage and laying of sall sleeper including loading unloading cost of carriage from central store and decking on the bridge as per direction of E/I. 30 Carriage and laying of sall edging including loading unloading cost of carriage from central store and decking on the bridge as per direction of E/I. 31 Cartage and laying of chekuered plate including loading unloding cost of carriage from place of store and laying at site as per direction E/I. 32 Maintenance of pantoon bridge including pile on either side from start to end of Billaud Ghat Bridge day night including tightening of nuts, bolts of pantoons & railing posts repair of kansa poola and kapsa soil, maintenance of chequered plates watering of way of pantoons bridge and supervision of nuts bolt of pantoons and fixing of nut bolts removing damadge nut bolts removal of khar patwar of ropes & tightening of ropes and watch and pantoon bridge and other work as per direction by E/I. (For 8 months on working periodas per Shedule Rate @ 275 x 8 Months = 2200 33 Earth work in cutting or inembankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth of earth work in embanment to be in 20 cm layers incluidng raming and dressing the surface of required level and slope . As per direction of E/I S.I. No- 253 34 Sand fillingin Approach of pantoon in shallow water of riverincluding supply of necessaryquantityof sandincludingdressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 35 Supply of labour of watch & ward day & night at bridge site (analysed) 15 th June to 15 th oc) 36 Supply a samll boat with Mallah (analysed) 15th June to 14th oc)
