    Repair For Motors And Pumps In Various Pumping Station At Nangal Township.; 1 Rewinding of 25HP submersible Motor ,Replace motor rotor SS Sleeve and bearing bush,Replace Motor trust bearing,Replace Pump SS Sleeve and Ruber bush and neck ring. (N.S) 2 Repair/Rewinding of 60 HP vertical Motor inclusive of following items :- S class paper superior quality, varnish, solder, glass close paper double coated,lead 6mm,thimble 6mm,P/F of thrust bearing double non drive side,P/F of ball bearing 7212 at drive side.(N.S). 3 Rewinding of 40 HP Motor with f- class paper,Replace of Bearing 6312ZZ,Welding & maching of end covers shaft size(N.S). 4 Rewinding of 15 HP Submersible Monoblock Pump Motor,Replace Rotor Bush and S.S.Sleeve,Replace thrust bearing ,Repair of Impler, Replace Neck Ring.(N.S). 5 Rewinding of 45 HP Submersible Motor with PVC coated copper wire,Replace motor rotor SS Sleeve and bearing bush,Repair of Pump replace nut ring guide bank distance sleeve. (N.S) 6 Rewinding of 10 HP Motor with f- class paper,Replace of Bearing 6308ZZC3,Welding & maching of end covers & balancing of shaft size,Replace pump necking & polish of gun metal bush,balancing of impeller & replace gland. (N.S). 7 Rewinding of 25 HP horizontal centrifugall motor,Replace of bearing 6312ZZ,Welding & machining of end cover & shaft size. (N.S)
