Tender For Providing sheet roofing above the Accounts building to protect the building--- 1 Civil work 2 RCC 1:1 1/2 : 3(1 Cement: 1 1/2 M sand:3 graded stone aggregate )using 20mm broken stone for belt including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, form work ,curing, shuttering etc. complete.The cost also inclusive of providing suitable supporting for the shuttering from the sides after removing the required earth for providing the support. (excluding the cost of reinforcement)(Note : Cement brand:- Ramco, ultratech, malabar, dalmia) 3 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work using TMTincluding straightening, cutting, bending , placing in position and binding all complete. The binding may be done by using GI wires. 4 Supplying , Fabricating and erecting structural steel truss work using GI pipe of 3 dia,square tubes(100X50mm, 50X50mm, 30X30mm) forrafters, purlins ( 16 guage/tube-1.60 mm) (Apollo/ JSW/ Bhushan) anchor bolt , base plate of 4mm thick, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, painting with synthetic enamel paint 2coats over a base coat of zinchromite primer of approved make and colour etc. complete. 5 Supplying and providing roofing with Alu-Zinc/Alu-GI(corrugated /Trafford/Tile profile)sheets (JSW/ Bhushan/ Apollo)of0.40 mm thick having total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation including bending to the required shape , with overlap 200 mm at the ends & GI hooks or crank bolts & nuts (or fixing by using self driving steel screw sets)etc. complete. The rate also inclusive of the cost of scaffolding for all heights, necessary safety measures etc. complete. 6 Providing and fixing PVC valley gutters of 200mm dia. Molded type (square shape) with supporting structures and caps fixing to MS structuresand painting with two coats synthetically enamel paint over abase coat of iron primer for clamps etc. complete. 7 Providing and fixing 75mm dia. (6Kgf/cm²) PVC pipes with clamps/ clips at 1.00m spacing. This includes joining of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
