Tender For Certain Repairs To Road Under Age (I) Fatehgarh; 1 M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags or using air compressor to remove all loose dirt etccomplete all as specified and directed 2 M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG-10) @ 10 kg per 10 sqm over the prepared WBM/WMM surfaces by mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for premix bituminous macadam (Design mix) (consolidated thicked 75 mm or less) with 4% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix laid and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power road rollercomplete all as specified and directed.Note :- (a) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot plant, transported from plant to work site and laid / spread by means of mechanical sensor paver.(b) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in above item if there is any variation in the actual binder content used in lower side, the rate shall be adjusted @ Rs.45/Kg. However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified above. 4 M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 sqmcomplete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (Design mix) 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content byweight of total mix, (Paving bitumen VG-30) rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonnes power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (a) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported from plant to work site and laid / spread by means of mechanical sensor paver.(b) Contractor shall quote his rate on this basis of binder as mentioned in above item if there is any variation in the actual binder content used, the rate shall be adjusted @ Rs.45/Kg lower side of binder used. However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified above. 6 M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minium 2.5 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc road marking of 150/100 mm width using HOT MARK thermo plastic paint (Hot application white/yellow by indenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter filler etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be conforming to BS-6086 ofMORTH / Oscare specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufactures instructions and as directed by Engineer incharge. 7 Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to IP 67) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel 2.4 V / 0.3 watt one Ni-mh or NI-cd rechargeable battery(1.2 V / 1600 MA) consisting of 06 Nos super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply and fix in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 120 mm x 110 mm x 24 mmwith PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972 of dark eye or equivalent in makes listed in Appx B fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructionscomplete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yello reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 x 150 x 300 mm) type B-1 complete all as specified and directed. 10 S&F in repair plastice speed bump is designed so dynamically and compact that it can bear maximum load on it. The body of the running speed bump is made of PE material. Two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are welded with PE base plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on to the speed bump so that dust and water cannot touch reflectors inside reas and thus it maintains its reflectively for a long time. it is available in yellow and black colour. Diemension length 750mm, width 250mm, height 75 mm, weight and load capacity upto 100 tonne complete all as specified and directed. 11 S&F in repair converx mirror 80 cm in size out door purpose including MS stand / padestal embedded in PCC block 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) size 45 x 45 x 60 cm and including necessary earth work and form workdeep complete all as specified and directed. 12 Repair to potholes any depth not exc. 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by filling in screened and grade road metal watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.
