Tender For Repair/Maintenance Of Ci/Di/Gi Pipe Line For Tech Area At Af Stn Nal.; 1 Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil n.exc 1.5 m wide for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed. 2 Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. 3 Removing excavated material n.exc50 m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 50 metre above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and directed. 4 Attending complaints like no water supply, leakages/broken in GI/CI/DI pipe line upto 150mm dia and rectify the leekage incl all fittings like elbow, socket, tee, bends, union etc and making new thread as required at sie incl excavation of earth, returning filling, removal of soil & cleaning of site completeall as specified anddirected. Notes 1. Excavation and earthwork upto 1 mtr is deemed to be included in quoted rate.2. Cutting of existing PCC/RCC surfaces and making good as earlier Rate shall deemed to be included in qouted rates. 3. Complaints of urgent nature will be ateended round the clock to restore the water supply 5 Taking up / down 100mm bore CI /DI water mains and connections incl fittings any type from trenches / walls / floors (of any location) for replacement / re use in old / new location / diversion by burning out /includingremoving of lead joint / tyton joint/ rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and directed.Note : (i) Necessary earthwork, if any, will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.(ii) No separate payment for dismantling of fittings /joints as applicable shall be allowed. 6 All as per Srl item No 6.00 here in before but 150 mm bore pipe 7 Laying only 100 mm bore CI / DI water mains after thoroughly cleaning, with new fittings fixed to wall/ ceiling/ floor or laid in trenches including new tyton rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.Note: (i) Old serviceable pipe retrieved by taking up / dismantlingshall be re-used.(ii) Unit rate of this item includes the cost of Fittings such as bend, tee, socket etc. and joints. 8 All as per Srl item No 7.00 here in before but 150 mm bore 9 Supply, laying and testing 100 mm bore Ductile Iron water mains with spigot and socket ends, K7 in any length, laid in trenches / walls / floor / ceilings with new fittings complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.
