maintenance of electronic installation & Fans, repair maintenance of Pumps, Street Light, Sub Station Equipment, Afas, Fire Fighting System, Dg Set, Ac & Lift In Census Office At Aliganj, Lucknow--1- Providing services for Operation and routine maintenance of Wet Riser and Fire Alarm System installed in Census Office in Three Shift (Round the clock including Sunday & Holiday) i/c minor repair works & maintaining the log books as required - (i) Operation and routine maintenance of 16 Zone fire alarm panel (Make: Agni) i/c Smoke detectors, MCP, Hooter etc as required. (ii) Operation and routine maintenance of 50 HP Main electrical Pump (Make: Kirloskar), 10 HP Jockey Pump (Make: Kirloskar), 60 HP Diesel Pump (Make: Kirloskar) i/c Water supply pump and all respective Hydrants, Valves, Hose reel, NRV etc as required. (a) Skilled staff - 3 Nos. (Round the clock) (b) Unskilled staff - 1 No. (In general shfit) (Maintenance and Operation of Electrical Installation, Sub Station & DG Set ) 2- Providing services for Operation and routine maintenance of electrical & mechanical staff for day to day maintenance of electrical installations, rising main, main boards, sub distribution boards, compound lights, etc. and 11 KV / 433 Volts electrical sub station comprises of following HT/LT Panel and 2 Nos. DG Set and related accessories installed in Census Office in Three Shift (Round the clock including Sunday & Holiday) i/c minor repair works & maintaining the log books as required - i) 400 A HT VCB Panel (Make: Crompton Greaves ) -1 Set Comprising 1 No. Incoming (400 A) & 2 Nos. Outgoing (400 A each) ii) Dry type Transformer 11 KV/433Volts 500 KVA (Make: Crompton Greaves) - 2 Nos. iii) LT Panel having ACB/MCCB & TP Switch - 2 Set iv) APFC Panel 150 + 10 KVAR - 2 Nos v) 320 KVA DG Set (Make: Kirloskar) - 1 No. vi) 200 KVA DG Set (Make: Kirloskar) - 1 No. (a) Skilled staff - 3 Nos. (Round the clock) (b) Unskilled staff - 1 No. (In general Shift) (Operation of Lifts) 3- Day to day Operation of 1 No. lift during office time i/c evacuation, cleaning of lift every day and cleaning of machine Room & lift pit once a week excluding Sunday & Holiday as directed by Engineer Incharge during execution of work etc. as required. (a) 1 No. Lift Operator (In general shfit) PART - B (Comprehensive maintenance of Lifts) 4- Comprehensive maintenance of complete Kone Lift of 13 Passengers (884 Kg.) capacity having speed of 1 Mtr per second V V V F control with or without attendent installed in Census Office at Aliganj, Lucknow. - 1 No. 5- Comprehensive maintenance of complete Kone Lift of 13 Passengers (884 Kg.) capacity having speed of 1 Mtr per second V V V F control with or without attendent installed in Census Office at Aliganj, Lucknow. - 1 No. (After 9 Month) PART - C (Comprehensive maintenance of DG Sets) 6- Comprehensive maintenance of following DG Set i/c Engine Alternator and AMF Panel i/c Servicing of DG set as per recommendation of OEM with all spare part (recommended for servicing) labour and T&P etc. as required. (i) 320 KVA DG set - 1 No. (Make: Kirloskar, Engine No. DV8.8101/2020014, Engine Model No. DV8TAG1 ) (ii) 320 KVA DG set - 1 No. (Make: Kirloskar, Engine No. DV8.8101/2020014, Engine Model No. DV8TAG1 ) (After 9 Month) (iii) 200 KVA DG Set -1 No. (Make: Kirloskar, Genset Model No. KG1- 200WS3, Engine No. F6.8625/2220042, Engine Model No. 6SL1500TAG2) (iv) 200 KVA DG Set -1 No. (Make: Kirloskar, Genset Model No. KG1- 200WS3, Engine No. F6.8625/2220042, Engine Model No. 6SL1500TAG2) (After 9 Month) PART - D (Comprehensive Maintenance of RO & Water Cooler ) 7- Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (ACMC) for 2 Nos. SKID 150 LPH of ZERO B ECO RO System installed at 1st & 2nd Floor of Census offices i/c replacement of all defective / wornout spare parts (i/c consumable & non consumable part) etc as required and make the system fully functional. 8- Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (ACMC) for 2 Nos. Eureka 100 LPH RO System installed at Groud & 3rd Floor of Census offices i/c replacement of all defective / wornout spare parts (i/c consumable & non consumable part) etc as required and make the system fully functional. 9- Comprehensive Maintenance of Drinking Water Cooler of different capacity and make installed in Census Office (i/c consumable & non consumable part) Replacement of worn-out/ exhausted parts like Compressor, Fan motor, Chiller tank, Onoff switch, controlling PC and inlet/ outlet pipe etc. with new parts during the periodical servicing or breakdown and cleaning the tank) - 04 Nos. (6 Month per year)
