To Carryout Maintenance Of Mercedes Benz Truck, Model Actros-2532- The following filters are to be replaced as per specifications of the make and model and as per technical procedures. a) Engine oil filter b) Intake air filter c) Compressor air filter d) Hydraulic pump oil filter e) Pneumatic line filter f) Fuel (Diesel) Filter. Along with the above replacements of filters, the following are to be replaced. Engine oil to be replaced. Brake fluid to be replaced and bleeding of air to be done.If required systems will have to be flushed, with flushing fluid.(Engine oil and brake fluid & flushing fluid will be supplied by department). 2 The entire pneumatic line/system, manifold with compressor and tank is to be thoroughly checked and leakage in the pneumatic system to be rectified/ repaired with specified materials. All related sensors are to be checked. (Agency has to do the needful after visiting the machinery at mentioned site) 3 The brake system to be thoroughly checked after checking the pneumatic line. All brake discs, shoes/brake pads to be checked. In case, the same are worn out, they are to be replaced with specified/standard spares. The entire brake system enclosures on all wheels to be thoroughly cleaned and lubricated. The hand brake of the vehicle to be adjusted and if required synchronized with the vehicles braking system. All related sensors are to be checked. 4 Power take off (PTO) System is to be checked thoroughly and serviced. In case of any discrepancies or malfunction, the same to be rectified or if needed replaced with materials of same specifications. (Agency has to do the needful after visiting the machinery at mentioned site) 5 The entire hydraulic system (Manufactured by MOOGH Gmbh and mounted on the chassis of the Mercedes Benz truck ACRTOS 2532) is to be thoroughly checked to detect any faults in the hydraulic pump, hydraulic line, hydraulic cylinders and other related components. The electrical control panel used for operations of the hydraulic mechanism is to be thoroughly checked for any faults. In case of any faults the same to be rectified with specified parts/materials. All sensors to be thoroughly checked. 6 The pneumatic suspension is to be checked for any leakages and functional defects. Necessary remedial action to be taken, if required. (Agency has to do the needful after visiting the machinery at mentioned site) 7 The following to be done for the sensors as noted below.(i) The fuel level sensor, malfunctions at lines, the same to be checked then cleaned. If required the same has to be replaced.(ii) The signal line of condensation section and sensor to be checked. If required, rectification to be done. (iii) The condensation water sensor and the rear module of HMECU to be checked thoroughly. The same to be rectified if required else cleaned.(iv)The speed transmitter sensor to be checked, if required, the same to be replaced.(v)The front rear axle sensors to be thoroughly checked. In case of any faults the same to be rectified.
