a) Operating the Monocable Fixed Grip Jig Back Type Material Ropeway Systemof 1.5 Tons/hourwith required staff as required and as directed by the Joint Commissioner/ Executive Officer and the Ropeway Expert / Safety Committee of ADST, Palani. (Normally Two shifts operation and on Festival days - round the clock operation is envisaged).b) Comprehensive Maintenance of the Material Ropeway System including Supply of all emergency and Operating Spares such as Main Rope, Drive, Plumber block bearings, Gearbox, Line sheaves etc., Towers & structure Maintenance, Insurance, ESI, EPF etc., for the workers and staffs excluding both terminal stations & Ropeway alignment area lightings. Vertical Height of both the Stations - 120 Metres Length of the Ropeway - 270 Metres
