Tender For Extension Of Pipeline At Ward No.6 Karattupalayamin Pallapalayam Town Panchayat.; 1 Supplying and fixing in position of the following PVC / G.I pipes and specials best approved quality conforming to ISS and providing leak proof joint with PVC adhesive etc.,complete complying with standard specification. 63 mm PVC 6kg pipe 2 Earthwork excavation in all soils and sub soils except hard rock not requiring blasting with initial lead and lift including re-filling the sides of foundation in layer of 15 cm thick watering , ramming ,depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by departmental officers etc., complete as per standard specification. as per SS 20 B TNDSS NO: 23&24VI (S2), VII 9,10 3 Lowering PVC rigid/ HDPE pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment jointing with PVC couplers with cement paste and testing to the required pressure including conveyance of water for filling during testing etc.,Complete For pipe line 4 Refilling with excavated earth after laying the pipes into the trencheswell rammed and compactedthe surplus earth over the pipeline trench including leveling the site complete complying with standard specifications includingall labour charges etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications. 5 Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1 : 4 : 8 (One Cement Four sandEight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including formwork and centering labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.as per the standard specifications. TNDSS NO: 28 V, VI (S2) V,VI (S5A) VII 6 Supplying and errecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and struttingfor drainage sides andculvert body wall sidesusing 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10stifenedwith welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boardinglaid over( silver oak joists ) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm including all labour charges and cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc. complete complying with standard specification. TNDSS NO: 30&86 7 Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications. 8 Providing and fixing Bitumen Pad for Expansion joint in between pavement slabs to 12mm thick and fixed as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyence of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealent etc, complete as per standard specification
