Trans Delhi Signature City, Ghaziabad. - Execavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Looam dlay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead ipto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of exacavated earth into the trench or into the space between the building and the plinth sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplusearth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M.from the foundation trenches (Where machine can not reach/move) 2 Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Enginner in charge within a distance of 60mtr. (200 feet). 3 Dismantling of brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed be the Engineer-in charge within a distance of 60 meter (200 feet). 4 Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. 5 Dismantling of tile work floors and roof laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. a) for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25 mm 6 Dismantling of girders, trusses and other steel work including stacking of materials as directed by the Engineer-in charge within a distance of 60 meter (200 feet). 7 Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Laying of Interlocking Tiles of 60 to 80 mm thick including levelling and dressing of surface up to required level and slopes over 30 mm thick bed and filling joints with fine sand including cost of fine sand, labour, T&P etc complete But excluding cost of Tile as directed by Engineer in charge. 9 Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 10 Cement concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 1:4:8 including supply of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of the work. 11 Cement concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 1:2:4 including supply of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of the work. 12 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 100 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse snad) bricks are availabe at site (free of cost) 13 12 mm thick plaster with cement and Coarse sandin 1:5 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm, including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work 14 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc.as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment) (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineerin-charge). 15 Supply and fixing of Kota stone in flooring 20 mm thick and joint filled with 12 cement and coarse sand with approved colouring materials to be given an even shade with 20 mm base coat (bedding) of 1:4 cement & coarse sand morter and polished by hand or machine and finally finished with french manson polish or other approved polish Including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 16 Supply and fixing 20 mm thick Kota stonetiles in riser of steps, skirting, dado & Pillars laid on 12mm (Avg) thick morter in with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand morter & jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab finished with rubbing and polished of approved quality complete including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work 17 Renewing, panes of glass in door, window & ventilators or fixing in the hew work with 3 mm, thick glasspanes fixed with brads & putty Including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants, required for proper completion of work 18 M.S. or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses, built up gates, record racks, roof work, gates etc including rivetting or welding where necessary for proper completion of work. 19 Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured.
