Tender For Beautification Work Of The Park Located Near Lata Mangeshkar Chowk In Ayodhya - M.S. Boundary wall & Pathway along Fountain 2 Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form or regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including lit upto 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m. The earth cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100 ft.) distance including Supply of Good earth as directed by the Engineer -in - charge. 3 Granular Sub-Base with Close Graded Material (Table: 400-1) Constructionof granularsud-baseby providingclose graded material,spreadinginuniform layerswithmotorgraderon prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compactingwithvibratoryrollerto achievethe desired density,completeasperclause401.ForGrading- material (By Mix in Place Method). 4 Proving and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to planth leve: 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 coarse sand (zone-II) derivedfrom natural source : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derivedd from natural sources) 5 Providing and laying factory made cobble shapepaver block 80 mm thick, compressive strength >= M 50 steel mould compressive technolgy. 6 Providing and laying precast concrete Kerb Stone including cost of excavation, earthfilling, watering, ramming consolidation and laying in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to be more than 5 mm) including supply of all materials, labour T & P etc required for proper completion of the workas per direction of Engineer- in-charge. Size 300 mm x 300 mm x 150 mm with chamfered or rounded edge (Precast C.C. saucer drain shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge). 7 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) 8 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. 9 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone ballast 20 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials. Labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. 11 Supply and fixing of Cast Iron & painted Grill. Grill should be made of 20 mm Vertical solid bar. Height of the grill should be 1000 mm including motive and spike and top & bothhom members should be 20x40 mm solid square bar for supporting of vertical 1 member 1 member each baluster (vertical member) should be fixed in 200 mm equal spacing including spike The bidder shall be fix the sample of grill for approval on site. 12 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished seamless type tubes 13 Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture 14 Horticulture 15 Providing and stacking of Duranta Golden, having ht.15 to 20 cm bushty shape with fresh and healthy leaves in 15 cm size of Earthen Pot / Plastic Pot & as per direction of the officer-incharge. 16 Providing & laying Selection no. 1 doob grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light watering the same and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, as per direction of the officer in charge 17 Electrical Work 18 Supply and laying of aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed 3core 6 sqmm XLPE cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge ,complete in all respect.The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.The cable will be connect to existing Electrical Panel.Make-UP PWD Approved 19 Supply and fixing of decorative 8 to 16 Watt LED bollard luminaire with driver set confirming to IP 65 and above protection complete in all respect. tap.The bidder should be provide the sampleof light for approval.Make-UP PWD Approved CAT-AAA 20 Supply and fixing of automatic out door type street light cubicle control panel painted with anti corrosive alkali and acid proof paint consisting of time switch(Timer) TSO 100 series with contactors, HRC fuses/MCB, isolating switch metering instrument & instrument box with CTs with 32A TPN, complete in all respect. Distribution Boards dust proof, verm­in proof, with hinged and lockable doors completeinter-connection with copper wire , insulated copper bus bar , cable glands­/conduit entry bushes, grounding to earth and paint­ing. Also provide separate neutral busbar for each phase. Provide separate Earth Links for each phase. Use brass thimbles for connections of all wires also provide the provision of out going feeder space for 6nos DP MCB.All Equipments should be as per UP PWD. 21 S&F of 63 Amp. 4 pole MCB(10 KA) C Curve 22 Supply and fixingof6 Amp. to 32 Amp. DP MCB (10 KA) C Curve 23 S&F and making connection of 63A 2 pole 30mA ELCB/RCCB of Din Rail Mounting complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction to the Engineer in charge.
