Installation Of 33 Kv Rmu At 33/11 Kv Substation Upsidc-Idistt Barabanki - SafeLoading, Carriage and then safeunloading of the following material from Store Centres Under the jurisdiction of EEESD Ayodhaya to dump site proper stacking. 2 ACSR Dog Conductor 3 33 KV Cable 3x300 mm XLPE 4 33 KV Straight through jointing kit indoor 3x300 sq.mm. XLPE 5 33 KV cable jointing kit outdoor 3x300 sq.mm. XLPE 6 33 KV cable jointing kit Indoor 3x300 sq.mm. XLPE 7 M.S. Channel 125x65 (for Structures) 8 M.S. Angle 75x75x6 (for Structures) 9 Plinth of 33 KV RMUPreparing foundation structure as per 33 KV RMU for cable entry etc.Construction of Plinthfor 33 KV RMU having not less than 0.4 Mtr above ground level. The work includes Excavation of foundation, Base concreting in.C.C. 6:3:3 ratio ( cement,fine sand and Brick ballast) 1ST Class bricks work in cement mortar of ratio 1:4 foundation, C.C. in 1:4:8 ratio( cement, fine sand and brick ballast) and RCC working ratio 1:2:4 ( cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) using MS Bars of 10 mm Dia (Tor) in reinforcement including its cutting, bending and binding in required shape. The trench rim should enforce with angle 50x50x6 mm from two sides ( 1.5x1.5 mtr). The plinth will be made as per Drawing and shall be plastered/ finished on Top and Side of the plinth. (All the material will be supplied by the Contractor ) ( Work as per instruction given by JE/AE.) 10 Laying & Dressing of 3x300 sq. mm XLPE Cable underground Double Circuit.Laying of Doublecircuit 3x300 sq .mm XLPE Cable in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required materials, as 1st class Bricks, Stone slabs and fine sand. Providing 150 mm fine sand cusion beneath, and 150 mm sand cusion above the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by Bricks, sand and stone slab. The inter axial spacing between two cables should be in between 0.25 to 0.04 M. After laying the cable refilling and ramming of the left out soil,closing the trench and leveling. 11 Fabrication offencing around 33 KV RMU plinth by welded mesh with gate By 10 SWG wire mesh of height 3 mtr with MS angle 50x50x6 MM., MS flat 25x5 Mm. and 40x5 Mm. , its fitting tightning with nuts and bolt on studs. Support by drilling the required poll along with fabrication of 1 No. gate m/o MS angle. 12 High Pressure testing to which 33 KV Line & cable to be stand for duration of 5 minutes after completion of Laying, Stringing, sagging, binding and Jumpering of ACSR Dog conductor. ( Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor) 13 SUPPLY INSTALLTION AND PROPER COMMISSIONING OF 33 KV, 630 Amps. & extensible, outdoor duty 4-way, fully motorised and manually operated Ring main unit (1 LBS+3 VCB/SF6) consisting of copper busbar in SF6/AIR insulated. RMU should be type tested for internal arc of 25 KA for 1 Sec. for Gas tank, Ingress protection (outdoor) IP54 and cable chamber with AFLR classification and gas to be from rear bottom of the switchgear away from the operator to ensure safety of the operating personnel. Suitable CT with microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + Inst.) for Protection to be provided with VCB Feeder with right angle boot for termination Kits Or similar technology. Hermitically sealed stainless steel switching chamber. All the necessary wirings and Dummy panel /space for FRTU to be given along with RMU for future compatibale easy integration with SCADA networks. (Supply of FRTU is not in scope) Aux. PT, Battery, Charger etc. for Motorised operation by remote control. Circuit Breaker protection using a wide range of selfpowered and auxiliary relays. Accessible cable Earth & Test Facility at the front of the unit. The scope is including Plinth and Angle iron Stand as per OEM design complete in all rescept as per the direction of Engineer incharge. Complete RMU and its accessories. (Makes: ABB/ Siemens / Eaton / Schneider/Lucy/any other make approved in UPPCL) Automatic operated and warranty/Gurantee 5 years to be provided. 14 Installation of Heat Shrinkable Type cable jointing kits of following types/sizes for 33 XLPE Cable. 15 (a) Fixing of 33 KV 3x300 sq. mm Straight Throughjoints. (jointing kit supplied by dept.) 16 (b) Fixing of 33 KV 3x300 sq. mm Indoor End Terminations(jointing kit supplied by dept.) 17 (b) Fixing of 33 KV 3x300 sq. mm Outdoor End Terminations(jointing kit supplied by dept.) 18 Cable stand StructureFabrication & erection of 33 KV Cable Stand made of 02 No. M.S chanel 125x65x6 mm 3 Mtr. Jointed to each other by M.S Channel horizontally and also jointed to each other by means of 05 No. M.S Strip (m.s flat) 50x6 mm of size 200 mm long each by welding at actual distance interval as per norms. And grouting in block of 300x300x700 completely providing 02 no. cable clamps also and eathing by G.I strip 50x6 mm size with the earth mat of switchyard both side of legs and provideing clamps , post/ pin insulator for holding cable. (All the materials will be arranged by the contractor such that clamps nut bolts and civil materials except M.S channel.) 19 Earthing by way of boring and lowering the B class GI pipe of 55 mm dia from ground upto water level not less than 20 mtr. As per standard practice . The G.I pipe which laid down below the railway crossing will be connected with G.I strip 50x6. (All material will be supplied by the contractor) 20 Hoisting of 33 KV Cable on existing/erected support with provision of MS Pipe 150 mm dia 3 mtr long suitable for 3x300 sq mm cable fixing of proper support and its clamping, providing long barral lugs 6 nos and P.G. Clamps & Y shapejumpering properly and 02 nos. supporting angle 65X65X6, 2240 mm long and making connection including supply of jumpering cable ,mounting clamps as per RESSPO Norms. (All material will be supplied by the contractor like M.S Pipe , P.G. Clamps, Al. Lug And Supporting Angle 65X65X6, 2240 mm and jumpering cable suitable for 33KV jumper). 21 33 KV Bay Bus Bar & Stringing.Stringing of 33KV Bay Bus Bar by using and laying of ACSR Dog Conductor/panther including making Vertical/Horizontal (Y-shape) jumperconnection through PG clamps and connecting all the equipments ( Bus isolator, P.I. , C.T. , VCB, L.A & T/F) with each other through connecting clamps.(All the material will be supplied by the contractor)
