Aligned to the same, the focus is on operationalizing the technology-driven platform, web-based application, to track and improve the quality of HIV services across facilities. The system will enable real-time monitoring, streamlined data collection, and actionable insights to strengthen service delivery. With integrated performance indicators and user-friendly dashboards, it supports evidence-based decision-making, and drives continuous quality improvement and adherence across HIV testing and treatment services. 1.2. Objectives • Upgrade Angular frontend to v15.2 (latest compatible stack). • Upgrade PostgreSQL DB to v16.x (target patch ~16.9.x). • Prepare High-Level & Low-Level architecture docs and flowcharts for maintainability. • Perform security scans & hardening; deliver clearance for NIC onboarding.
