Construction Of Bodnard Ziyarat Shareef Affab.- 1 Supply and filling Nallah Muck in 15 cm layers including ramming, dressing, watering and consolidation with power road roller 8-10 ton capacity all inclusive of leads , lifts ,loading, unloading and carriage of material from source to site of work complete job. 2 WET MIX MACADAM Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 3 TACK COAT Providing & applying hot straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade including heating the bitumen,spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler , cleaning & preparing the existing road surface to remove all dirt,dust,mud etc & finally brooming the surface as per required specifications. On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg/sqm. 4 BITUMINOUS MACADAMP/L 50 mm thick compacted bituminous macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality size & grading as specified in MOST specifications & straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 3.3 % by weight of the mix including hot mixing of stone aggrgate & bitumen in HMP ,transporting & laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required line & grade, rolling with road roller of 8 t0 10 ton capacity to achieve the required compaction & density incl cost & carriage of all materials upto the site of work complete. 5 SEMI DENSEP/L 25 mm thick compacted semi dense bituminous concrete using crushed aggregateas specified in MOST specifications & straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 5 % by weight of the mix including hot mixing of stone aggrgate & bitumen in HMP ,transporting & laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required line & grade, rolling with road roller of 8 t0 10 ton capacity to achieve the required compaction & density incl cost & carriage of all materials upto the site of work complete. 6 SEAL COAT P/L 6 mm thick compacted seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm retained on 180 micron sieve) as specified in MOST specifications & straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 128kg by weight of the mix (0.768 kg of btumen/sqm & 0.6 cum of fine aggregate /100 sqm) of road surface including ,transporting & laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required line & grade, rolling with road roller of 8 to10 ton capacity to achieve the required compaction & density incl cost & carriage of all materials upto the site of work complete. 7 Providing and laying of RCC spun Pipes in proper position/grade incuding earth work in excavation and backfilling the same as cushioning and including cost and carriage of all material from approved source to site of work, with all leads lifts, loading unloading, handling, re-handing complete job. The job incl. carriages and head loads from dumping site to working site at different spots as directed by Engineer In chargei. 600 mm dia
