All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm N. size) 5 Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix ratio M 10 using 20 mm nominal size agg excluding cost of shuttering i/c curing( all works upto lintel level). 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns. 7 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. and testing of tiles all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 8 Providing and fixing of Information sign board and three stage photographs (Pre, post and during execution) 9 Carriage of materials from the approved sources to work site by mechanical transport: Sand for an average lead of 10 Km. 10 Carriage of materials from the approved sources to work site by mechanical transport: Crusher Bajri for an average lead of 10 Km 11 Carriage of materials from the approved sources to work site by mechanical transport: Cement bags for an average lead of 5 Km
