    Tender For Proposed Interior Works Of A.T.M At Naya Nangal Branch At Nangal VITRIFIED TILE FLOORING Providing & fixing vitrified tiles of size 800x800 mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3,and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles.The tiles shall be of premium quality double charged (first quality) of reputed manufacture i.e. JOHNSON/NITCO/KAJARIA/NIRO GRANITE. The work also includes dismentaling of existing floor/wall tiles or stone & removal of malba and disposal of the same away from site. 28 Sq.mt Cost of Tile Rs. 70/ sq.ft inclusive of delivery, Octroi, loading- Unloading at site and all taxes thereon excluding GST. 2 VITRIFIED TILE FLOOR/ DADO Providing and laying 1st quality Viterified glazed/matt finish tiles 600mmx 600mm (as specified in Dado (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer approx 9mm) Water absorption of tiles shall be less than 0.5% and flexural strength (Modulus of Rupture) shall be more than 35 N/Sqmm. on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse) sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Approved makes( Nitco, Johnson, AGL, Kajaria) Basic rate of tile: Rs 60/-per Sq.ft 30 Sq.mt ( Note: Work Incl.Dismentaling of existing tiles and disposal of material to contractors own dump.)
