For Building/Drain work only.Asabove but excavation in soil mixed with moorum shingle kankar requiring the use of special tools and Plants such a pick axes subbals etc. For Building/Drain work only 2 0 m to 1.5 m 3 1.5 m to 3.0 m 4 3.0m to 4.5.0 m 5 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 Fine sand : 12 Graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 6 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 7 Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and excluding the supply of steel and its wastage Bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. 8 Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Coarse Sand not less than 2.25 FM) 9 12 mm cement plaster in 1:4 on brick work with cement mortar of mix (All floors) 10 P/F and fixing angle / Tee iron frames For door , window , and ventilators of mild steel angle section of size 35x35x5mm joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5mm or 35x5mm flat pieces to theexistting T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastner including fixing of necessarybutt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the direction of Eng. -in-charge. 11 Supply and fixing of flush doors, commercial quality conforming of I.S. 2202 part-1 (1983) including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks, handles, springs, fitting with necessary screws to be supplied departmentally 12 Finishing walls with Putty (2 mm thick) approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undacorated wall surface to give even shade including curing, cost of all materials, labours, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 13 Finishing walls (Two coats) with exterior emulsionpaint (Apex) ofapproved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applied @ 0.75Ltr/10sqm curing, cost of all materials, labours, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 14 (a) Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surface upto 10cm. In width or girth or small not exceeding 0.10 Sqm area after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly clearing oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushed, fine steel/wood.
