Tender For Sitc Of 2 No. 13Passenger Lift In Haddows Road Te Building, Chennai (Sw: Electrical Associated Works); 1 Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required 2 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire 3 Supplying and drawing following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 4 2 x 1.5 sq. mm 5 2 x 4.0 sq. mm 6 4 X 6 sq. mm + 2 X 6 sq. mm earth wire 7 Supply and fixing 4 18W LED batten light with polycarbonate built, on surface of wall i/c pdg necessary supports and interconnections etc as reqd.(Make:M/s.Havells or SS make) 8 Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, C curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 9 Single pole 10 25A Double pole 11 Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, MCBin the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 12 40A 13 40 A RCCB residual current circuit breaker having sensitivity upto 300 mA 14 Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) 15 4 way Double door SDB 16 Supplying and fixing metal box of 150mm X 75mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps socket outlet and 5/6 amps piano type switch, connection, painting etc. as required. (For light plugs to be used in non residential buildings). 17 Providing and fixing LOOP EARTH with 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required. 18 Supply and fixing 18 exhaust fan with suitable louver as shutter cover arrangement in the existing supply / return air opening including pdg all supports, accessories and interconnections etc as reqd. 19 Supply and providing LV / MV rubber mat of size 2mtr x 1mtrfor MV panel at Lift room etc as reqd. 20 SITC of 450 mm Sweep Wal mounting type heavy duty fan suitable for 230 V 50 Hz power supply etc as requiered.(make Almnord/Kaithan/SS make) 21 Supply &Laying of following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPEAluminium armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade on surface/ in panel etc as reqd 22 4x35Sqmm cable 23 Supplying and making end termination with following manner of following size Aluminium armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade etc as required. 24 4x35Sqmm cablewith brass compression gland and Al lugs 25 Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required. 26 Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. 27 5/6 amps switch 28 3 pin 5/6 amp socket outlet 29 Supplying and fixing following size/ modules, GI box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc as required. 30 8 Module (125mmX125mm) 31 12 Module (200mmX150mm) 32 SITC of wall mount MV Panel made out of 16 SWG MS sheet i/c powder qoute painting and Supply and fixing of following electrical switcgears i/c interconnections etc as required. 33 a) 125 Amps TPN Switch with HRC fuses(make:L&T FN 63)-01 nos 34 b) 63 Amps TPN switch with HRC fuses -03 nos 35 c) 125 Amps 4 pole aluminium bus bars 36 d) 3 nos LED lamps(RYB)with 2 Amps glass fuses 37 All the above(17 to 17.4)
