All work up to plinth level:1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 20 Gratting cover size (600mm x 600mm )For chamber including MS Angle iron (35x35x50) and MS Flat (35x4) 21 Supplying and fixing C.I. cover without frame for manholes : 500 mm diameter C.I. cover (medium duty) the weight of the cover to be not less than 58 kg 22 Providing and laying non-pressure PVC 200 mm dia for collection Rain Water in Chamber including testing of joints etc. completecomplete as per direction of engineer inharge.200 MM DIA 1.0TO 1.20 M DEPTH 23 Banking excavated earth by mechanical I manual means in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with % tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, and guide banks etc., lead upto 50 m and for all lift : 24 I/We hereby further agreed to execute any other item which are not included in above Schdule B which are essential to execut for bonafied completion of the work.SCHEDULE - “C”1- Bitumen V.G.-10 shall be issued from the Divisional Store PD, PWD, Mainpuriat Stock issue rate at the time of issuing the material from the store.2- There shall be no claim of contractor, if the material is not issued by the department due to non-availability in store or any other reason.3- The unconsumed material issued in excess of bonafide consumption norms, shall have to be returned back to the store as mentioned above, failing which a recovery at the penatative rate, i.e., double the issue rate shall be made from the contractor’s bill.4- Contractor have to return empty bitumen drums / emulsion drums immediately, failing which a recovery at the punitive rate i.e., Rs. 3000 per drum shall be recovered from the contractor’s bill.5- The departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ Rs. 2450 per day including POL charges, wages of driver and cleaner. If roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ Rs. 2450 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period.6- All material should be from Approved Quarry.
