Description Quantity Unit Rate Amount I INTERIOR WORKS 1 Providing and fixing Entrance door double swing made with 12mm thick toughened glass. The glazed door to have pencil polished edges at opening edges and flat polished edges at all other edges. Toughened glass door panels to be fixed on to Powder coated Aluminium Twin style door profile frame. 20 Micron thick powder coated frame of size: 10 x 4.5 cm required on top & bottom. The glazed portion shall be provided with Anti-shatter film & Bank logo of coloured vinyl sticker as per the standardisation design pattern. The door to be fixed with heavy duty DOUBLE CYLINDER floor spring of 100 kg Min capacity (Ozone FS9000 /HAFELE Art. no. 932.79.040 or equal), SS finish handle of 25mm thick, 450 mm long of D shape (Ozone OGH-11, Hafele Art. no. 903.11.471 or equal) to be used.Glass door lock of approved make as manufactured by Ozone / Hafele or Equal to be used. All works to meet as per the directions of Engineer in Charge. (Minimum door width to be 1200 mm ) - (Only One side will be measured for billing).As per IGBC reccommendation GreenPro Certified glass shall be procured 2.52 SqM 2 Providing and fixing Fixed glass panels on sides of entrance doors and on other areas as indicated in floor plan. Glass panels to be made with 12mm thick toughened glass. The glazed panels to have pencil polished edges at opening edges and flat polished edges at all other edges. Toughened glass panels to be fixed on to floor and Lintel using Powder coated Aluminium Twin style profile frame similar to the one used in Entrance doors. 20 Micron thick powder coated frame of size: 10 x 4.5 cm required on top & bottom. The glazed portion shall be provided with Anti-shatter film & Bank logo of coloured vinyl sticker as per the standardisation design pattern. Height to Fixed glazing to be similar to the Main entrance door. All works to meet as per the directions of Engineer in Charge. (Only One side will be measured for billing). As per IGBC reccommendation GreenPro Certified glass shall be procured. 4.2 SqM 3 Providing & fixing Fully blocked double skin partition above Entrance Door shutter, side Panels and other fixed glass partitions on the front side of building with hardwood frame work of size:- 5.0cm x 5.0cm at 60 CM c/c & panelled with 6 mm thick BWR grade (IS303) marine plywood finished on both sides and laminated with 1mm thick lamination to both sides as in accordance with standardisation colour pattern.(Only one side upto bottom of lintel beam will be measured for billing).As per IGBC reccommendation For Wood based materials, rapidly renewable wood base materials shall be used.It is recommended that the installed wood based material shall not include contain added urea formaldehyde resins. 4.7 SqM Providing and fixing of Metal framed (GI) suspended Gypsum board
