Conductor, G.I. Earth Wire, Cross Arm, Angle, Channel, Insulators, Clamps & other material from store Centre, Sarsol to the respective site of work including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends. 6 Erection of following single support including fixing complete HT/LT fittings as per RESSPO Munual including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 7 11 Mtrs. long S.T.Pole 8 9 Mtrs. long S.T.Pole 9 8.5 Mtrs. long PCC Pole 10 Grouting of single support as per RESSPO Manual including of the cost of labour,T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. AB CABLE 20 Erection and grouting of stay set including the work of nozzling etc. as per RESPO manual and also including the cost of arrangement of all grouting material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per RESSPO Manual. 21 Fixing & connecting of earthing rods as per RESSPO Manual including the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 22 Fixing of LT Distribution box including making connections of distribution box with LT mains by piercing clamps for Aerial Bunched Cable.The work will also include the opening of the service connection of the consumer and its connecting in distribution box. 23 Fixing & connecting of earthing rods as per RESSPO Manual including the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 24 Safe carriage of following capacity Distribution Transformer fromElectricity Store Centre, Aligarh or from any other place to the respective site of work including loading & unloading at the respective ends and mounting on Double pole/ placement on plinth including proper jumpering from 11 KV line to the transformer and also connecting the LT site cables as per RESSPO Manual. 25 25/63 KVA DT 26 100 KVA DT 27 250 KVA DT 28 Neutral & Body earthing at 25 KVA/ 63 KVA/ 100 KVA /250 KVA Distribution Transformer by drilling/boringa hole of size 200 mm dia and 3000mm long in depth and then inserting the Gel earthing electrodes of size 50mm dia and 3000 mm long inside the pit then mix the back fill compound nicely with the soil and re-filling the empty space around the earthing electrode including making of chamber at the top of the earthing as per direction of supervising engineer. It includes the cost of all material labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. The aforesaid work shall be carried outas per RESSPO norms. Max neutral to earth voltage should be less than 3 volts and earth resistance should be less than 1 ohm. 29 Construction of plinth at various 11/0.4 KV Sub-station suitable for distribution transformer having size 5’x 5’ x 5’ out which 2’ below the ground. Work will include digging of foundation 2’ deep & brick work with Ist class bricks having cement and sand mortar of ratio 1:6 on all the walls, each of 9” thickness. The area inside the wall shall be duly filled by mud up to the height of appropriate level from ground level and shall be duly watered & rammed. Above the filling C.C. of ration 1:6:12 (Cement sand and brick ballast) giving 4” layer shall be provided. Above C.C. layer RCC layer having 4” thickness and with ratio 1:2:4 of cement sand and stone ballast shall be provided Re-enforcement shall be provided by providing net of (8 Nos. + 8 Nos.) M.S. rods of size 10 mm dia and each of 5’ length in the middle of the top of C.C. layer. The plinth shall be plastered with 12mm thick plaster in ratio 1:4 at all sides. This work will include cost of labour, T&P and all material required for construction of plinth which shall be provided by the contractor as per RESSPO Norms. 30 Providing and fixing of welded wire mesh fencing around transformer plinth with M.S. Angle of size 35X35X6 mm. length and 1.20 Meters height, such panels shall be supported on M.S. Angle from of size 40X40X6 mm. having 04 Nos. corner supports of height 1.65 Meters including extended legs for grouting which will be used as a door for entry of the personnel or removal/shifting of transformer with welded hinges, sliding belt etc. for locking the arrangement as per drawing and specifications the fencing will be painted one coat of red oxide primer and then two coats of bus green synthetic enamel paint. The rates should be inclusive of all materials required for proper completion of above work (length of each fencing approx. 11 Meters) 31 Fabrication of T-Off Channel as per RESSPO Norms. 32 Fabrication of Top Channel as per RESSPO Norms. 33 Fabrication of Dropper Channel as per RESSPO Norms. 34 Fabrication of T/F Base Channel/Angle as per RESSPO Norms. 35 Fabrication of V-Type Cross Arm as per RESSPO Norms. 36 Providing/ fixing of missing Nuts, Bolts & Washer. 37 Providing & fixing of all type LT Clmaps 38 Safe carriage of 11 KV XLPE Cable upto 3x185 Sq.mm. from Store Centre, Sarsol to the respective site of work including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends. 39 Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable upto 3x185 Sq.mm. including making proper connections at both ends. The work includes the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 40 Filling of 11 KV Cable Jointing kit(O/D & I/D) upto 3x185 sq.mm. as per RESSPO Norms. 41 Gurading of 11 KV line by laying two nos. GI wire paraller and fixing of lacings (tilli) at a distance at 2-3 Mtrs. As per RESPO Norms and also including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work. 42 Safe carriage of CT/ PT Pole Mounting Unit and its proper installation on double poole after fixing of channel with M.S. clamps and nuts & bolts for holding the channel angle etc. The unit body shall be earthed by connecting M.S. Strip of size 1/8x1 finally connected to earthing rod of size 20mm.x2540 mm. 11 KV line shall be connected to unit as per instructions of SDO / AE(M). The M.S. Strip & earth rod shall be included in the scope of work. 43 Safe carriage of 11 KV Pilfer Proof Metering Cubical 10/05 Amp. and its proper installation at pit site as per RESSPO Manuals
