Tender For Plantation Of Trees & Shrubs And Supply Of Benches And Dustbin In 07 Pond In Yeida Area. (Part-B) - Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ration of 2:1 by volume ( part of stacked volume of earth afte reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8% ) follding with water dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) 2 Holes 60cm dia, and 60cm deep 3 Holes 45cm dia and 45cm deep 4 Supply & planting of plants common varieties as required by engineering incharge in 5 kg poly bags or Earthen pots ( Not below than 8-10 ) well branched and fully foliage branching dia 0.75 to 1.00mtr. Free from disease at site Mango Belpatra, Jamun, Sahtoot etc. 5 Supply & planting of shrubs plants height 2-2.5 feet as required by engineering incharge in 6x8 polythene bags or earthen pot fully foliage and well branched free from disease. Sawani, Ticoma, Calendra Kander. 6 Supplying of chlorpyriphos 20% E.C/ Lindane 20% E.C for anti termite treatment of plants @ 2ml./plant and in the interval 1 month up to one year i.e, 12 times in a year hence it comes 24ml/plant or 0.024ltr/plant. 7 Supply and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including roylty and carriagge up to 5km lead complete. ( Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for payment) 8 Complete maintenance of trees on road side plantation (RSP) ( Out side garden features ), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied bythe department and other T & P material/ articles shall be provided by the contractor )and as per direction of officer in charge. 9 (i) trees (up to 4 & up to 3 year slow & Fast growing group) 10 Complete maintenanceof shrubson RSP(Out side garden features) jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering , weeding pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department and other T& P material/ articles shall be provided by the contractor ) and as per diection of officer in charge. Complete maintenance in green belt (out side garden ) 11 (i) shrubs(up to 4 & up to 3 year slow & Fast growing group) 12 Providing and watering for irrigation water through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. lawn, tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work . Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer in charge.(Rate analysed as per DSR-18 on actual observation ) 13 (i) shrubs(up to 4 & up to 3 year slow & Fast growing group) 14 ii) watring of one year to three years plants (For shrubs) 15 Chair bench: Supply of RCC Chair bench with back rest of size 1500mm width x 1000mm height. Reinforced suitably to promote long use and to prevent damage during handling, transportation, & erection. Manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete. 16 Supply and fixing of Dustbin Set of 3Capacity-80 Ltr Size -400x400 top , 300x 300 Botto,, 900mm Ht. Stand made up of ISI marked SQ , Pipe of 35mm x 35mm x 18 gauge power coated Size-4.5’ x 1.5’ x 750mm(All complete) (as approved by E&I) 17 Earth work in ordinary soil in all of foundation trenches including dressing of the side and ramming of bottom lifts upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavatd soil as directed within a lead of 50 m AR/YEIDA 18 Providing and laying in position cement concrete with 4cm gauge stoneballast, core sand and cement in proportion 8:4:1 , including supply of all materials, labour, Tools& plant extra for proper completion of the work. 19 providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 20 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:2:4 corse sand 20 mm stone aggregate (Sor based on DAR 18 / 4.1.13) 21 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1Cement: 6 Coars sand) (AOR-Sr. no 56 item code. 13.4.2) 22 Cleaing of jungle including uprooting of rank vegetations grass push wood trees and sampings of girth up to 30cm measured ata height of 1M above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m out side the periphery of area cleared.
