1. The Quoted rates shall not be less than the minimum wages of minimum manpower required including ESI/Health insurance (Health insurance is mandatory if labour is not eligible for ESI), EPF and GST thereon. Bids less than the above value shall be treated as invalid and will not be considered as lowest bid.2. All the contract laborers engaged shall compulsorily be covered by ESI/Health insurance & EPF. 3. In cases where ESI is zero, health insurance equivalent to ESI charges @3.25% of Rs.21,000 only shall be provided by the Contractor.

Carrying out works viz. site supervision, taking measurements of work done, assistance in preparation of bills, preparation and maintaining work & site related documents etc. and works related to Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Administration, data entry, auxiliary support works, pump operator, electrical sub-station operator, plumbing, structural & architectural drawings,etc. overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.1. Reduction shall be made from the bills as below on per day basis on respective items on requirement as per BOQ:-(a) In the event of less requirement by the Department: Proportionately in measurements/payments(b) In the event of deficiency in deployment by the agency: Proportionately in measurements/payments and penalty will be imposed as per Appendix V to NIT2. Manpower shall be deployed within 15 days from the date of request by EIC/issue of letter of award.3. PVC shall be obtained by the contractor for the deployed staff.4. For measurement purposes, manpower deployed for 26 days-8 hours shift per day shall be considered as one month.5.In case of emergency works/exigencies, the manpower has to stay longer (more than 8 hours shift) ocassionally as per the instructions of EIC. No additional payment shall be made to the contractor on this account. 6. The manpoower shall be deployed in general shift, round the clock shift including sundays, holidays as decided by EIC.
