Beautification Work At Purohit Para Durga Mandop ,- 1 Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soilincluding removing vegetation inequalities notexceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbishwithin a lead upto 75 m as directed. 2 (A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) 3 125 mm thick brick work with first class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor 4 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mmnominal size) excluding shuttering and reinf.if any in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety 5 Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) 6 (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thickshuttering without staging in foundationa. 7 Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups,binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape,placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every inter-section, complete as per drawing and direction. 8 (a) For works in foundation, basement and uptoroof of ground floor / upto 4m.II. JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/SRMB/BMASL/ELECTROSTEEL/SSL 9 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm.nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any. Pakur / Chandil Variety 10 Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] 11 A) With (4:1) cement mortar 12 b) 15 mm thick plaster 13 i) In ground floor 14 Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc.NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m 15 Supplying & laying in the specified pattern of interlocking concrete block pavement (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per table 1 of IS 15658:2006)manufactured from BIS Licensee manufacturer with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver blocks used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks (ii) crey 16 Supplying and Planting of different plant / trees ( Supplying well grown plants bushy and healthy, minimum height as specified i.e. exposed height including all leads & lift, carriage, handling, manuring, applying presticide and fertilizer etc. 17 iv) Rangon hi-breed healthy plant. 18 vi) Duranta healthy plant of big size 19 xxvii)Areca Palm 4 - 5 suckers of height 120 cm to 135 cmin earthen pots of size 25 cm. 20 xxi) Croton different varieties of height 30 cm to 90 cm in earthen pots of size 25cm. 21 i) Furcaria veriegated 10-12 leaves in height 20-30cm in earthen pots of size 25cm. 22 xvi) Adenium obesum of height 90cm-60cm in earthen pots of size 25cm. 23 xx) Croton (broad leaves) 3-5 branches of height 90cm120cm in cement pots of size 30cm. 24 xix) Bougainvillea (name variety, bushy plants, full bloom) of height 90cm-60cm in cement pots of size 30cm. 25 Outdoor Acrylic Back Lit Greetings Display Board over suitable ACP back ground board with necessary supporting framework.Nomenclature: আমার ভালোবাসার ওয়ার্ড - 03 26 Sub Total 27 GST 18% 28 CESS 1%
