    Supply Of Sound System, Led Giant Screen, And Dg Set For 2 (Two) Days For Durga Puja Carnival 2025.- 1 Hiring and Fixing of loud speaker with speaker stand 2 Hiring and fixing of Stage Monitor speaker 3 Hiring and Fixing of Horn speaker 4 Hiring and fixing of 32 channel Audio mixer 5 Hiring and Fixing of Handheld wired microphone 6 Hiring and Fixing of wireless handheld microphone with consumables 7 Hiring and fixing of Delegate unit having Gooseneck Microphone with built-in speker 8 Hiring and Fixing of Power Amplifier 9 Hiring and Fixing of Audio cable 10 Hiring and Fixing of Audio switcher 11 Hiring and fixing of Echo cancellor ,noise reduction Equipment 12 Hiring and Operating of LAPTOP with WINDOWS 10 operating system and 8 GB RAM 13 Hiring and Fixing ofLED Giant Screen 14 Hire charges for Supply and Fixing of 20 Amp Power Plug Point including necessary wiring etc. as required. 15 Hire charges for Supply and Fixing of 100/125 Amp Main Switch. 16 Hire charges of Main service line for 3 phase connection upto 50Mtr (without any joint) including meter board, panel / distribution Board, supports and proper earthing arrangements with skilled operator to operate system as and when etc as required: upto 25 sq mm size PVC insulated and sheathed cable (Armoured or Un-armoured as required.). 17 Hire charges of Main service line for 1 phase connection (without any joint) including meter board, panel / distribution Board and supports with skilled operator to operate system as and when etc as required. upto 10 sq mm size PVC insulated and sheathed cable (Armoured or Un-armoured as required.) 18 Hire charges for Supply and Fixing of Earthing with G.I. Spike. 19 Hiring and fixing of 3 KVA UPS with 1 hour power back up 20 Hiring and Installation of 62.5 KVA Generator. 21 Add GST @ 18% 22 Add Cess @1%
