    Tender For Providing Paver Block Pavement At Meenakshipuram New Street Cross, Ward No.13 In Karaikudi City Municipal Corporation.; 1 Shuttering for sides and soffits and drain side and other flat surfaces below 3M height including strutting and strutting arrangements as per standard specification and removing the same after the specified period and including cost and conveyance of all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification. 2 Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers. 3 Providing , Laying , spreading and compactingWET MIX MECADAM using Graded metal as per standard specification including premixing the mateirals with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , conveyance of mixed materials by tipper to work site,laying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., complete as per standard specification. 4 Supplying and Laying Rubberised interlocking Paver Block M 40 grade Providing and Laying 83 mm tk high strength type conforming IS 15658-2007 of rubberized interlocking paver block in size of minimum compressive strength of 40 N mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with quarry dust cushion below the uniform shape of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, quarry dust cushion 150 mm tk laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping transporting loading unloading of paver block as per SS.
