Tender For Construction Of Strom Water Drain At Ward No.2 Rasipurathanur Boyar Street In Padaveedu Town Panchayat.; 1 Earthwork excavation in all soils and sub soils except hard rock requiring blasting with initial lead and lift including re-filling the sides of foundation in layer of 15 cm thick watering , ramming ,depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by departmental officers etc., complete as per standard specification. as per SS 20 B TNDSS NO: 23&24VI (S2), VII 9,10 2 Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix( One Part of Cement, Four Part of M.Sand and Eight Part of aggregates) using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, consolidating and curing etc complete as per the standard specifications. TNDSS NO: 28 V, VI (S2) V,VI (S5A) VII 3 Supplying and errecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and struttingfor drainage sides andculvert body wall sidesusing 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10stifenedwith welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boardinglaid over( silver oak joists ) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm including all labour charges and cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc. complete complying with standard specification. TNDSS NO: 30&86 UPTO 1 Mtr 4 Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge. 5 Providing granolithic floor finish of the25 mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two M.sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panellingwherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers) 6 Precast slab of RCC 1:2:4 mix of 100 mm thick using 20 mm ISS hbg metal including cost and conveyance to site moulding finishing fixing and curing etc., complete.
