Tender For Construction Of Strom Water Drain At Thepakulam In Peravurani Town Panchayat.; 1 Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, leveling, sectioning breaking clods etc., includingall incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification . for FoundationsSS 20B 2 Supply delivery and filling of M- Sand in layer of not more than 15 cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyence of sand to Site and all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc,. complete as per Standard Specification 3 Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One part cement four part M- sand and eight part aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification. 4 Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ). 5 Plain Cement Conceret 1:3:6(One Cement three M- sand and six aggregate) using 20mm hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation includingdewatering and wherever necessarylaying and consolidated and curing complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.- TNBP NO.28 V,VI S25 6 Floor finish with Granolithic flooring 25mm thickP.C.C 1:2:4 mix using 6 to 12mm chips including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour for mixing laying and finishing smooth as directed by departmental Engineers and as standard specification.
