1Dismantling of existing old damaged NRV of 400mm dia. by phonematic hammer to break the floor and ease the work of removing the NRV and cutting the old rusted nut bolts with the help of gas cutter and manual labour with tool and tackles.
2Supply of 400mm dia. CI swing type Non return valve flanged end as per IS:5312 body, Cover -CI IS:210, Gr.FG 260 Door, CI, IS :210, Gr.FG260, Body ring- Bronze, IS : 318 Gr.LTB2, Door face – Natural Rubber Hinge Pin-SS ASTM A-276 type 410 Fastener-CS IS:1367 , CL 4.6/4.0 Gasket-Natural Rubber Flange drilling – IS:1538. Make: Kirloskar/IVC/Djb approved make
3Supply of M.S. Nut bolt & Washer of off size.
4Supply of 50% Neoprene Rubber sheet. Make : Jyoti
5Fixing the New NRV of 400mm dia. by cutting, welding and grinding works with the help of rubber packing and Nut Bolts etc as required at site i/c toll and tackles and cartage.
6Testing & commissioning of above system first at NO LOAD & then at ON LOAD and for its proper operating as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge.
