Tender For Providing New Bore Well With Mini Power Pump With Sintex Tank At Ward No : 1 And 9 Phc Near Periyavanavasi In Vanavasi Town Panchayat.; 1 Geophysical Investigation charges including preparation of Geophysical report as per TWAD Board type circular including all cost of transportation and handling charges etc.,complete 2 Drilling of 150mm(6) diaVertical clear bores in Hard rock in any habitation any where in Salem District to any required depth as directed b y the officers concerened including labour charges for insertingM.S/P.V.C Casing pipes to any reauired depth , assembilling in the drilled hole including welding joints if necessary . Grouting the cassing pipes including conducting proper yield test at final depath (by provinding90 VNotch fitted in a formed channel and the correct yield at the time of free flow in the channel while flushing the bore after completion of drilling process should be ascertained of and reported )including Bore cover transportation. crew and fuel charges for rigs and supporting Vechicles from one place to another etc Complete and as directed by officers Concerned. - Drilling of 150mm dia.bore wells in overburden soil including labour charges for insertion of casing pipes 3 19m-150m chainage 4 Supply and delivery of150mm OD 6KSCpvc casing pipe for bore well including cost ang convayance of material and labour charge etc complete. [CS- Casing Shallow Depth up to 80m 5 Supply and delivery of 1000 liter H.D.P.E water tank with ISI mark(1270/1996) as per standard specification etc.,complete. complying with std. specifications. 6 Supply and delivery of wet type 5 HP (50 lpm x 100 m head) submersible pumpset with motor and confirming to IS 8034/2002with ISI marking without D.O.L pannel board as per standard specification. The pump set should be supplied with 5Mflat submersible motor etc.,complete. complying with std. specifications. 7 SUPPLYING OFThree phasePANEL BOARD-STAR DELTA WITH TWO LEVEL GUARD as per IS specification 8 Supply and run of 4 of 6 sq.mm. (84 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V on 7 / 20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains (SD 68) 9 Supply and run of 4 x 6 sq.mm. (84/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in 32mm dia GI pipe (Class B) suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron up right and end supports for mains 10 Supply and delivery of 4.00sqmm flat type PVC insulated 3core copper cable confirming to IS694/1990 with ISI Marking suitable for submersible pump set etc complete. 11 Supplying and fixing in pisition of the following PVC and G.I specials best approved quality conforming to ISS and providing leak proof joint with PVC adhesive etc.,complete complying with standard specification. 90mm HDPEPipe (PN 6) 12 40mm UPVC pipe 13 NRV 14 M.S Borewell Cover 15 Borewell Clamp set 16 Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blastering including shoring, timbering,strutting and balling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 15cm. Layers, well rammed and compacted and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with initial leads and lifts etc. including leveling the site complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. 17 Towards cost of labour charges for laying, jointing and pasting in position including all other labour charges etc.complete 18 Towards Labour charges for refilling excavated earth for foundation sides and basement including all labour and all other charges etc., complete as per standard specification. (S.No. 85) 19 Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable withproper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days. 20 Construction of Pedestal for HDPE Tank with Earth Work for pedestal foundation of 0.30M Depth and PCC 1:4:8mix with 40mm HBG metal with 0.30M depth for pedestal Foundation. Brick Work in Cement Motor 1:5 using country bricks for super structure to a height 0.80Meter to the Entire area of the pedestal should be plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 12mm thick. After Plastering surface should be paint with approved quality cement paint including cost and conveyance and all labour charges for mixing laying quring for standard specification.
