Tender For Mf Ii Kolathara Fabrication Of Line Materials For Dp Tp 2025 26 First Phase - Fabrication of HT stay clamps for HT stay rods of 315mm long using 50x8 mm MS Flat as per design and drawing including cutting, bending punching 2 nos 18 mm dia holes and stacking the finished products aas per the direction of the deparmental officers (charges inclussive of labour,shearing tool,punch &die etc. complete) Fabrication of LT stay clamps for LT stay rods of 315mm long using 50x8 mm MS Flat as per design and drawing including cutting, bending punching 2 nos 18 mm dia holes and stacking the finished products aas per the direction of the deparmental officers (charges inclussive of labour, shearing tool,punch &die etc. complete) Fabricating stay rod of length 1.70m for LT lines using 16 mm rod as per design and drawing including marking,shearing, levlling, threading one end to a length of 5 cm suitable to nut available in the market making round hook in the other end and welding the joint and stacking the finished products at suitable places in such manner that the item can be easily countable in numbers as per the direction of the departmental officers. (Charges inclusive of labour, shearing tool, welding electrodes and consumables etc. complete.) Fabricating Anchor plate of size 200x200 mm 6 mm thick plate for 16 mm stay rod (LT Stay rod) by using 600 MS plate of any size by cutting in prescribed size of 200x200 mm providing 20mm hole in centre of plate by drilling including removal of rust and chipping of flux and stacking in appropriate places as per the direction of Departmental officers in site such a manner that the product can be easily counted Fabricating Anchor plate of size 200x200 mm 8 mm thick plate for 20 mm stay rod (HT Stay rod) by using 600 MS plate of any size by cutting in prescribed size of 200x200 mm providing 20mm hole in centre of plate by drilling including removal of rust and chipping of flux and stacking in appropriate places as per the direction of Departmental officers in site such a manner that the product can be easily counted.
