    Tender Details

    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Repair And Maintenance; As Per Sample; No; Buyer Premises DCheck/6000 hourly routine of Centre DA (Make: Cummins. Model: 6CTA 8.3 D (M) Cap: 120 KW) to carried out through PAC firm, as per Maintenance Schedule. The details are as follows:- (a) Start DG, operate for few minutes & record all parameters. Stop and then drain lub oil when warm, (b) Drain water sediments from fuel water separator and fuel RU tank. (c) Check engine for any leakages and correct, if noticed. (d) Check engine for any leakages and correct, if noticed. (e) Check belts as in position and replace if necessary. (f) Change fuel and lub oil filter. (g) Clean fuel strainer. (h) Check air intake piping for any damages/ loose fasteners. (1) Check vacuum indicator and clean/ replace air filer based on its condition. (1) Replace valve cover gaskets. (1) Check all wiring connection. (k) Check sea water pump strainer (1) Dismantle cylinder heads and recondition with all valves, guides, spring and related parts. (m) Check vibration damper. (n) Check and record engine crankshaft and turbocharger end plays. (p) Check engine alternator alignment and correct, if required. (4) Overhaul sea water pump. (r) Check engine Blow bye. Take corrective action if required. (s) Replace all rubber hases of fuel, coolant, lub oil and air system. (1) Replace all clamps of hoses. (u) drain coolant, flush cooling system and refill new coolant. (v) Overhaul turbocharger. (w) Calibrate fuel injection pump and injectors. (x) Clean Heat exchangers and pressure test (V) Check all engine mounted safeties for functionality and calibrate gauges. Replace if required. (2) Check fuel tubings. Replace ferules and rubber gaskets (aa) Replace thermostat along with their seal (ab) Overhaul fresh water pump, if required. (ac) Check condition of engine mounts, renew if required. (ad) Change lub oil. (ae) Vent fuel line and injector supply line.
