Tender For supply installation testing and commissioning Of (G 4) 26 Passenger Bed Lift At Jlnm Hospital Rainwari Balance Work For Commissioning Of Lifts Thereof- 1 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. The details of steel sections for truss and hollow square pipes is given below:-a. ISMB200 = 39=12m @ 25.39 kg/m=304.68kgsb. M.S Round pipe 125mm dia. 3mm thick=8’=2.43m @9.8kg/m=24kgsc. Plain plate 6mm thick for trap door=5’x4’+1’x1’x2= 22sft=2.04Sqm @47.10kg/m2 =96.08kgd. ISA45455=18’=5.5m@3.34kg/m=18.37kgsTotal quantity of steel=443.13kgs say 443kgsAll the tools and tackles required for execution of job including necessary power backup shall be arranged and brought to the site by the contracting agency. 2 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 5.1.3 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 3 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level 5.22.1 Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars 4 8.31-CERAMIC GLAZED TILES Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados with water absorption less than 0.08% and confirming to IS: 15622, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive ( water based ) confirming to IS: 15477, an average 6mm thickness including grouting of joints 5 Providing and Fixing of Aluminum composite panels 3 mm thick, 0.25 grade of approved shade as skirting around the windows etc. The Aluminum composite panel of approved shade shall be placed horizontally and Vertically around the windows near the opening doors of lift etc. The basic framework shall be fixed to the masonry or concrete work with adequate and properly designed anchor fasteners – SS 316 nuts and bolts etc. The framework shall be finished to line and level. The Aluminum composite panel shall be fitted horizontally and vertically on to the frame work with spacer foam tape and applying Architectural grade silicone construction sealant (UV resistant) of Dow corning 789. The tools and tackles required for the job shall be arranged by the firm. All items deemed fit for the job not included in the description shall be inclusive in the job. 6 Providing and Fixing of Aluminum composite panels 3 mm thick, 0.25 grade of approved shade as skirting around the windows etc. The Aluminum composite panel of approved shade shall be fixed to the roof of machine room of the lift etc. The tools and tackles required for the job shall be arranged by the firm. All items deemed fit for the job not included in the description shall be inclusive in the job.
