Tender For Flight Simulator For Cessna 206 Aircraft; 1 Simulated Aircraft and Aerodynamic Models a) The cockpit instrument panels (G1000 Glass Cockpit display) and controls must be similar to the Cessna 206 aircraft cockpit and controls. b) It must have inbuilt aerodynamic characteristics of Cessna 206. 2 Avionics Panel Must include: a) GPS(s) b) Radio(s) c) Autopilot d) Annunciator panel e) Audio panel 3 Flight Controls a) Dual controls for both pilot and co-pilot; controls should resemble Cessna 206. 4 Flight Data Storage a) Ability to store the at least the following flight data I. Control surface deflections (aileron, elevator, rudder, flap). II. Roll, pitch, yaw rates. III. Engine parameters (manifold pressure, RPM, etc.) IV. Performance data (IAS, TAS, vertical speed, etc.) V. Position data (lat, long, altitude, bank, pitch, angle of attack, etc.) VI. Time. b) Should allow storing, retrieving & transferring flight parameters during the simulation flights. 5 Real-Time Two-Way Communication a) Support for bidirectional communication of flight parameters via Matlab/ Simulink/ LabVIEW or any other software. 6 Weight and Balance a) Accept user inputs for crew, passenger, payload weight & distribution for performance/stability studies. 7 Advanced Autopilot System a) Integrated autopilot for comprehensive training on automated flight procedures. 8 Updatable Navigational Database a) Must support updatable navigational database for realistic & current navigation. b) Preferably include Indian airport terrain maps. 9 Visual Portrayal Options a) Minimum 180° horizontal field of view. b) Minimum 30° vertical field of view. c) Refresh rate of at least 30 fps. d) High-resolution immersive visual display. 10 Versatile Training Scenarios a) Support for emergency, navigation, and multi-pilot coordination training scenarios. 11 Realistic Startup & Shutdown Sequences a) Include accurate startup & shutdown sequences, simulating real pre- and post-flight procedures. 12 Mechanical Structure and Lighting a) The simulator structural frame must withstand normal operational loads and handling stresses without deformation and must be resistant to corrosion. b) The simulator structure shall be metallic with high-quality surface finish (powder coated, anodized, or painted with aerospace-grade coating) and designed for easy maintenance/removability of panels and parts. c) Cockpit lighting must ensure sufficient illumination inside the cockpit during normal operation, with light sources concealed (filament/bulbs not directly visible to operator).
