Laying of water pipes at Tujgari Mohalla Nowhatta. (Advt. Cost. 4.00 Lacs) (under CDF)- 1 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations drains pipes cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts wells cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: All kinds of soil : 2 Dismantling manually/ mechanically including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: Bituminous Road. 3 Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings excluding trenching and refilling etc. (external work). 4 100 mm dia nominal bore 5 25 mm dia nominal bore 6 Making connection of G.I distribution branch with G.I main of following sizes by providing & fixing Tee including cutting & threading the pipe etc. complete 7 25 to 40mm dia nominal bore 8 15 to 20mm dia nominal bore 9 Providing, fabricating and fixing of MS fitting viz Tees, Collar, flanges including all the necessary items, pipe specials required at site. 10 Providing and fixing of stainless steel Ball Valve of standard make and approved quality ISI marked. 11 25mm dia nominal 12 20mm dia nominal 13 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 14 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 15 Carriage of materials from different sources up to actual site of work including loading, unloading, stacking complete. 16 Cement lead of 3 Km. 17 Sand/aggregates lead upto 10 Km
