Tender For Macdamization Of Shirhama Wadder Road- 1 SupplyLaying & stacking of 63mm to 45mm quarry stone agg. at site . includingstone screening 13.2mm size & binding material including screening, sorting, spreading to template & consolidation with Power Road Roller of 8-10 Tonne capacity etc. complete including carraige ofmaterial 2 Providing, laying, spreading & compacting Graded Stone Agg. to wet mix macadam specifications including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical Mix Plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base/ base course including surface corrections compacting with vibratory roller 8-10tonne to achieve the desired density specifications thickness (75mm compacted thickness) MORTH specifications clause 406 including all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, costs & carriage of mateiralsupto site of work complete 3 Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS 8887 USING EMULSION PRESSURE DISTRIBUTOR inscluding preparing the sufrace by cleaning with mechanical broom on WMM surface at bthe rate of 0.4kg/ Sqm 4 Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as perspecifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete asper specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 16.63.2 A 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumenof grade VG-10 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared 5 Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushedstone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying withpaver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, leveland alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification,complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 16.64.2A 25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG- 10 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot MixPlant of 60-90 TPH capacity. 6 Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road all complete.
