The route indicator should begrouted in PCC using (1:2:4) type B-1 of size 150x100mm below the ground level completeall as specified and as directed by Engr-in-chargeNote:- Route markers are to be fixed at a distance from each other all as directed. 15 M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly to ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32mm x 6 mm as earthing lead protected with 50mm dia light grade GI pipe, filling around with charcoal dust and salt including excavation, returning filling of earth work and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and connected to GI strip by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers strip connected to earth plate including chamber PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and pre cast RCC cover 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia round at the rate of 75 mm C/C both way with 12 mm dia mild steel plain bar lifting handle 2 Nos funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade watering pipe and framework complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- GI strip above 7.5m length shall be measured & paid separately. 16 Supply and fixing GI strip 32 x 6 mm for extension of earth and connected to equipment / panel / RMU etc. complete all as specified and directed.
